I was in that area in late May and early June and it was hot. Must have hit over 100F. in St. George and even the Grand Canyon was in the 80s on top and 100 in the canyon. Mind you I heard that some of the higher country can get snow in April. Might be best to call some of the local RV parks and ask them.

Neither. Unless you like the heat. First part of April is better for southwestern part of the state, then hit the two other areas after that. Won't want to be in any part of the state in June, to hot. But if you are okay with 90 plus degrees then no problem.

Check out beautiful Sedona (stay in Camp Verde) and Payson, AZ.
Nice weather around that time due to the higher elevation.

Guildings RV Park Monument Valley, last May was fine weather wise. Antelope Valley(Slot Canyon) near Page AZ superb. Canyonlands by Night Boat trip at Moab terrific.

Good suggestions, but just in case someone wants to look these up, it is Goulding's Lodge and Campground. These darn computers just can't find it unless it is spelled exactly right.
