Hi, I am looking for a spot to spend this winter as a snow bird and in my research I came upon the Pelican Landing in Sebastian in florida. I reviewed the web site and the place seem interesting, however, the Internet promotion does not provide the monthly rates and if there is any package for all Winter. Furthermore, I am a fisherman and own a 16' Bass boat and I was wondering if this boat size can be used in this area. Does anyone know this place and can provide constructive information, the idea is to spend 4 months this coming winter and I would like some opinion whether the place is worth to spend such a time and what would be approximately the rates.
