Which one - Newbies or Old Hands - would employers prefer as work campers? Those of us who have been Newbies, but are now Old Hands, know that we would probably have done most anything to get that first job positively on the resume. As Old Hands, we are now less receptive to putting up with less than reasonable requests from an employer. That would be a politically correct way of saying...NO. But on the other hand, we need less training and generally can be counted on to perform well without alot of supervision. I know that there are park owners on this site, so permit me to add a second scenario into this issue. Obviously, you would prefer to re-hire someone for another season that had performed well. So tell us what made you want them again.
