Long, level, fairly wide pull-thru sites. Full hook-ups with 50amp. Easy to get to on Route 66. It happened to be very windy when we were there. The office has a gift store with Route 66 items, ice cream, some food items. Nice pet area with agility obstacles. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We just came in for a overnight, so we didn't explore the area. the price seemed a bit high, as the park is pretty basic, although there is a pool.

We were happy enough with our stay (see my 10/16 review for a better description of the park) last year that we decided to come here again. Our site was a FHU, pull through that was satellite friendly. There is no cable or OTA TV. The Wi-Fi was adequate for our minimal (e-mail and minor web surfing) needs. The bathrooms and laundry were clean. I still don't see any recycling. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.

Our visit was a 1-nighter, in-and-out. First Impression: Gravel road off the main road is rutted, pot-holed, gravel. Roadside presentation needs work. Safety: No concerns. Access: Exit 123 off I-40, turn north about 2 miles, easy to see on left. Municipal road in good condition, good signage, Garmin GPS is accurate. Office: Friendly staff, nice store with snacks, T-shirts, trinkets, food items, beer and soft drinks, and RV equipment items. Credit cards accepted. Online reservations available. KOA price discount. Facilities: Solar heated pool, but no spa, fitness room, or rec center. Small, clean laundry room but dated machines. Restrooms out of the 70's, clean; showers not-so-much, dirt, mold, flaking paint but hot water with good pressure (score "C"). Propane sales. Small, aged playground. Small, off-leash dog run. Campground: Not in a flood plain. No storm shelter. Lightly wooded. Interior roads are narrow dirt/gravel in good condition with gentle turns and no overhead obstacles. Big rig and long coach friendly. Prevosts shouldn't have problems. Tent area and cabins. Sites are all nearby, level, mostly dirt, pull-through, scrub grass/weeds between. Pedestals at middle of site with electric 30 or 50 but not both; no meters. Adequate water pressure with good taste. Sewer pipe is 4" unthreaded, about 2" above ground level. No patios, aging picnic tables. Fire rings with wood for sale in office. Good satellite views. No cable TV. Free Wi-Fi with excellent coverage but no internet access (huh?). Verizon phone and 4G at 3 bars. Recycle aluminum cans, only. Noise: Railroad is about 300' from the CG but no whistles. No aircraft, traffic, or interstate noise. Bug Report (early October): no insects noted. Runners: CG roads marginal for running. Yoga: no place to put your mat. Conclusion: Score 5-Acceptable. IMO seriously overpriced. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a one night stay and it was fine. The spaces were compressed dirt and the hook-ups were ok. The front office person was quite affable and helpful. She made clear that they closed the one trash container at 6:30 when they closed and it would not be open again until 7:30 or 8 in the morning. Maybe a latch that people could open on the container would be helpful. Our biggest gripe was that WIFI just didn't work for our devices. It would be better if RV sites just flat-out said not to expect WIFI to work rather than advertising that it does, when it doesn't. But a practical place to stay en route to your next destination. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.

We stayed one night at this KOA. This is a fine location for one night stop. We did have one concern that the bathrooms were not locked. It is convenient to the interstate since it is less than a mile away (as we were leaving the next morning we noticed a person camping under the overpass). Yes, there is a train track south of the campground, but it did not bother us since our a/c was on most of the time. The internet did shut down around 9:30 PM. No cable tv or over the air tv available, but there were several movies available to rent in the office. Also, local residents were using the laundry room (parking their truck next to laundry room door - not sure how rv's were supposed to get around the truck to park). We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.

Enjoyed supper at Delgadillos Snow Cap which was a fun experience. Not much else to do in Seligman. We were able to buy a few snacks at the Family Dollar Store.

We have not been here for at least 10 years. When I showed the owner the park map I had, she said it was from before she owned the park. She is now trying to sell it. This is basically a gravel park with some trees. The sites are of average length and width so large, long rigs may be squeezed. About half the sites are FHU and half are W&E only. All are pull through. Maybe 1/3 of the RV sites were being used. I saw only a couple of obvious long term customers. There are about a dozen tent sites and 3 cabins. The park does not have cable TV or easily obtainable antenna reception, but most sites are satellite friendly. The WIFI worked well for us except for an hour or 2 between 8 P.M. and 10 P.M. It would appear that a couple customers jump on the system about then and hog the bandwidth during those hours. The laundry (I think it was 5 washers and 4 dryers) and bathrooms are in the main building. As usual, the bathroom facilities are not quite enough for a park with over 40 sites without sewer. Like most KOAs, there is a pool (closed for the season) and other recreational amenities (playground, horseshoes, volleyball, etc.). I saw no recycling. The owner and staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.

This is a OK older KOA campground that is showing it's age. They have some long (60+ feet) pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up but a few trees if you want. Restrooms are dated but clean. Some train noise but no whistles, no Hwy noise as 1 1/2 miles from I-40. Free WiFi worked OK for me. Internal roads are gravel and pads are gravel with some very poor grass.. Sites are well spaced. There is a small fenced dog run. Sites all have fire pits and tables. Certainly works for an overnight even if a bit pricey. Will stay again. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

A very run down KOA. Power outlets were something out of the 70s. Some had a 20 amp cord hanging out of them for a 20 amp hookup, and 50 amp plugs were broken and showed evidence of "sparking". Power to the park dropped out twice while we were there. Manager (owner?) let people run loud generators for hours! Showers had mud caked on them that had been there for quite awhile, cobwebs hanging from the frames! Dog run has a makeshift latch (you don't need to use it, saw multiple dogs running loose right in front of manager, so don't sweat the rules, apparently). We saw one couple attacked by one of the worker's dogs while walking! Won't stay here again (cleaner and safer boon docking in the desert!). Lot less noise. Avoid this park. Check out the one in town. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Travel Trailer.

A nice place for an overnight stay. Friendly staff, spotless bathrooms, have received some updating and look nice. Small trees, picnic tables. Yes the railroad is right there, and the trains run very often, at least hourly and sometimes more. No horns though. Didn't bother us much. Ask for rows B or C to be farther back from the trains, Row E if you're train buff and/or want a shadier space. The I-40 business loop is the access to the park entrance, it is not overly busy and was not noisy at night. Restrooms open (no

code) but I felt very safe. On a Friday night the park was quiet, no loud groups, completely quiet by midnight. Quite a few German families caravaning in rented RVs. Grounds well kept, grass has some weeds in it but well mowed, saw no trash or dog poop. Bring bug repellent and put it on before you starting setting up. Smallish but very hungry black flies gave me several welcoming bites before I retreated to locate the bug spray. We were in a Silver Shadow teardrop trailer. Online reservation process worked perfectly. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Level gravel pull thru sites. Sites are wide and long enough to camp without unhooking the toad. Staff was friendly. Laundry room was large enough and convenient. Next to the railroad track which is quite busy, didn't hear it in the RV with the windows closed. Slept very well. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.

A tired looking koa. Mostly gravel with scattered trees and some struggling spots of grass here and there. Access roads a touch on the narrow side, might be problematic for anything 40' or longer. Pull thru sites are short (37' plus toad sticks out into the access road). Not really a big rig friendly campground. Right up against the BNSF transcon with a lot of trains going by (17 in 3 hrs), but at least they don't blow their horns. Power ok. Wifi good signal strength, but abysmally slow. Did not use other utilities. Verizon cell was 2 to 3 bars LTE, but were unable to get a data connection. We will look elsewhere when needing an overnight in the area. Other people have rated this campground lower because of the gravel but most campgrounds have that. This was very nice and convenient right off the I40 but far enough away not to hear the freeway noise. It is right next to the railroad but all you hear is a rumble now and then and we were in the row right next to it and did not have a problem. Staff was super friendly and helpful We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Nothing special and overpriced. Park is within 100 yards of a major, high traffic, train line, with trains coming by multiple times a hour. Fortunately, they do not have to blow their horns so you just hear a rumble. Park is desert, with the sites being dirt/gravel. Sites are level, long and have nice spacing between them. Wi-Fi was free and worked great. Town is small and mostly just Route 66 gift shops with a couple of restaurants. OK for an overnight stop, but you must be OK with the trains. We recently stayed in Seligman for two days, our original plan was a simple overnight stop, but a windstorm prevented us from continuing our journey. Our spot was nice, it had full hookups (no Cable) and the bathrooms were clean. The Wireless worked, barely, and the laundry room had some older machines. For almost $40 a night, I would have expected more. It was a very basic RV campground at a high price. Would I recommend this park? It is perfect for an overnighter. Will we come back? If we are passing through. We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.
