The park is large with a lot of long term tenants. Wifi reception is poor, the bathrooms and showers were bad. Cable connections, but no cable. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

Some of the sites are in a circle pattern. 30 & 50 Amp sites, PTU and Back in sites. We were in a PTU, FHU 50 AMP. Very narrow. Had a fence between sites and a picnic table (old). Dirt sites. Laundry (didn't use), wifi (ok), cable (lots of channels). Its located near I20, some road noise but it didn't bother us. No dog run but places to walk them. Didn't see anything for children. Fine for an overnight. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Fifth Wheel.

We arrived after dark, but our information including site number was on a clip board at the office, so service good. Site was hard to find in the dark. The park needs some night lighting, especially entrance; construction on road did not help. Park appears to have lots of construction workers and full timers. This was an overnight stop for us.

Lot spacing was nearby with some shade. Site surface was gravel. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Travel Trailer.

Just a quick stop here, passing through. Very friendly office. Pull thru was level and easy in and easy out. Wifi was dreadful...but in the morning it was ok. LOTS of permanent residents....Highway noise didnt bother us...the a/c drowns it out. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

This park is 99% full of full time residence and/or workers. They save 5 pull through's for travelers. They are at least 85 feet long & wide enough for slides with a long fence on each side. If you have a problem with highway noise then you may not like it here as 87 is just a short distance & it is very noisy. We were here on a Friday night & it finally quieted down about 11PM. The cable is great with tons of channels; did not use the WiFi as I have my own. People in the office were friendly & helpful. If in this area we would probably come back again. We were here in our motor home & stayed 2 nights. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

The park has mostly longer term workers as the area is a bustling. Different than some in the area the management has saved several spaces for there general RV traffic. The sites we had were pull thru and easy to get into and out of with a big rig. The sites were very long but not real wide. The utilities worked fine and the sites were level. A wood fence spate you from the person nest to you, nice feature. We would stay again. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Fifth Wheel.

Probably one of the best available in the area. Very few sites available for overnighters. We were very appreciative that the trailer park does that. I think we had one of the nicer sites, under a nice big tree. But it was toward the exit so it was very noisy with the workers' trucks going out at night and then again in the morning. The highway noise was even worse. We weren't expecting that. We didn't realize how busy that highway was. Very friendly check-in person. Level site. Bathrooms old, but clean. Wi-Fi not good. Cable TV good. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

Nice park, quite a distance from I-20. Most roadways are paved and the rest are gravel. Our site K was very level and very long. Spaces close together though. May look elsewhere next time through. Good for overnight. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the better parks in Big Spring. Nice helpful staff. Large sites. Will stay again. Call ahead for reservations due to the construction in the area and limited space due to the incoming workers. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

They have 5 sites for travelers - rest for long term residents. Said they no longer give Good Sam discount and won't be in the next book as it generated to many people coming in! Lots of road noise, but did taper down after midnight. Won't know if we would stop again - it is out of the way. Lots of parks around the area but all for long term residents, not for travelers. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

The campground is easy to find and close to major highways for easy access. It is not fancy and it does have a lot of permanent campers who works the oil fields, but they are nice and quiet so no problem. It is a good place to get off the road. This was our first time here and will use it again as we travel through this area of Texas. The campground is not a member of any RV clubs, but they will give you a discount just for traveling in Texas. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

It's been a couple of years since we've stayed at this park. It's convenient for one of our travel routes. We discovered this place has changed hands sometime in the last two years and the new owners have dropped the Good Sam discount. The interior roads are fair to good. The park's water tastes terrible in spite of our charcoal filtration. Bring your own water if you insist on staying here. They have five long, but very narrow, pull-throughs and amazingly two of these pull-throughs were occupied with a junky travel trailer and a pickup truck camper sitting on its legs. In fact, the entire park looks junky with permanent campers. Trees and shrubs are in need of trimming. We got a good dusting by one untrimmed tree when we pulled into our site. Recommend you give this place a pass. It's now turned into a junky local trailer park. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

Unattractive older park with very basic facilities. Restrooms and showers in back of park dingy. Office "store" a joke. Had a handful of items. Counter help not friendly or helpful. No cable available at site we used (H). Park full the night we stayed. Lots of long term campers. We would not stay again. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here in previous years and were satisfied. This time, we were not happy campers. With the local oil boom, the campground has expanded with twice as many sites than previous and most of those sites are rented to oil workers. Don't get me wrong I am pro-oil and used to work for a major oil company. I like oil workers and am glad they are being accommodated. However, It appears the owners are raking in the profits and doing little for the occupants, especially those like us passing through. They gave us one of the new sites, a pull through. It had a new electrical pedestal. After settling in, I found the electrical pedestal was wired incorrectly. Instead of 50 Amp service, it had 30 amp. The wiring was phased incorrectly. This was evident by my Progressive Surge Protector and my PCS control system. I called the office and they sent a maintenance man. He had an attitude and blamed my surge protector on my 2012 motor home. I told him my surge protector was OK, to no avail. They would not accept responsibility for the incorrect wiring. I asked for a partial refund and was refused. They told me my only option was to move to another site. We decided not to and lived with 30 amp service for 2 nights. Also, the new sites are covered with large gravel with a white powder dust and gets tracked everywhere. They made no attempt to water and wash the gravel. It was a mess. Also, all the trash dumpsters were full to overflowing and no one seemed to care. We will never stay there again. It in one thing to have problems, but bad attitude of the owners is not to be tolerated. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Motorhome.

This is a nice rv park. We stayed here in-transit to New Mexico. We liked it so much we stayed again on our return trip to Texas. We called in advance to reserve a space. They are very full due to workers there year round. Don't leave it to chance that they may have openings. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She filled our propane tank for us and was very customer oriented. Only down side was the laundry. The dryers need to be upgraded; they didn't dry well and cost me extra quarters for the loads. But the laundry was a clean facility nonetheless. We would stay here again. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Travel Trailer.
