Price reflects Passport America. I have rated this park higher because it is perfect for this type of short stay. It would also be a good place to stay for longer if you were visiting the Ogden area. Campground was very easy to find, it is about a mile off the interstate. This park is a mobile home park that has permanent RVs and Mobile Homes. The empty spots they have made available for traveling RVs. Because the sites were originally set for MH, the sites are large. There was plenty of room in our site for the truck, 5th wheel and jeep. This park is great for a rest stop... Easy to find, easy in and easy out. Shopping and Restaurants are near. Asphalt roads through the park. There seem to be more than normal number of speed bumps. Sites are primarily gravel with concrete strips for tire placement. Some sites have a small concrete patio area. Sites are all very level. Individual trash cans for each site. We will definitely stop over here again. Good Verizon coverage. It was very easy to get DirecTV satellite. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Like other have said this is an old trailer park, which has about 1/2 of the old mobile homes removed. No new one are coming into the park Upon entering they have a nice new club house \, with clean rest rooms and a public sitting area with a TV and pool table, very nice, there is also a small pool, nobody was in the office so we had to call the Tel number and promptly someone came to check us in. very, very pleasant managers who escorted us to our site, which admittedly was not the nicest we have ever had, it was a site which had a mobile home on it, so it was very large and lots of room to the next site. This park has the potential, services are very good W,E & S.,level and easy in and out, we did not have to disconnect, just drove thru one site to the next, managers are very accomadating and there seems to be lots of open sites, interior roads are wide and easy to navagate. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 2 days using Passport America. The park is as described by others. Staff helpful and friendly as I was able to borrow a battery charger for the tow. On arrival they provided a list of places to visit locally. When we called, we requested a pull thru and we were guided into one. Many sites are back-ins. When in the park, watch for the speed bumps. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The area has Walmarts, Costco, grocery stores, churches, etc. On the list we were given was Antelope Island State Park a couple of miles south and west. It was well worth the $5.00 senior admission with a visitor center, dry camping, beaches, bison and other animals, and a mid 1800's ranch that was gradually modernized and is now open to visitors. If considering camping there, there are odors and some flying insects which are more pesty than bitey.

This seems to be a park in transition. It contains a large number of mobile homes in varying states of repair. Some vacant sites are now available for RVs. Several of these sites are in varying States of repair with badly cracked and deteriorated pavement. The approach curbing to some sites is very steep so be aware of your rig's overhang. No laundry, it has been removed since our last visit. Conveniently located and views of the Wasatch range are striking. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. Escort to a drive through concrete pad and patio plus parking for the tow vehicle (an old Mobile Home site) modified for RV FHU. Trash can on the site as well. Utilities within easy reach and all worked well. The site was level and NOT crumbling as some. OTA TV was pretty bad. Convenient to fuel and fast food. There hasn't been laundry here for several years. Clubhouse is clean and neat. This park is a mobile home park in transition. Two of the mobile homes were being taken out when we arrived and were gone by the end of the day. We will stop here when through the area in the future. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We made the drive out to Antelope Island via the new causeway and enjoyed a day on the island, seeing antelope, bison, deer and the Ranch. There are trails to hike and the ranch dates back to the 1850's. We found fuel at the 66 next to the CG, posted at $2.859 gallon on the overhead sign, but at the pump was $2.689 for diesel.

Well, if you just want a quiet place to stay this works. We stayed 2 nites on Passport America and one night at regular price of $40. This price is way too much for this park. The bath/showers were in an old unheated mobile home and I wouldn't bathe my dog there. The clubhouse was a very nice facility but was probably only used by the permanents. There were many permanents in rvs and mobile homes. The people managing the park were very nice and pleasant. Could be a very nice park with some much needed attention. I would stay for an over nite again only on Passport America. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is still a mobile home park, but seems to be clearing sites for RV use. The sites are very wide and easy to back into, not much shade on most sites. Still some older perm residents, some don't take much pride in keeping a clean area. Each site has 50/30/20 amp, water and sewer. On each site are the remains of the old mob home foundations--some are very nice pads, some all broken up and rough. While here for 5 weeks, there was a steady stream in/out of overnight RV stays, seems to becoming a good place for overnight in the north Salt Lake area. The rate reflects a weekly rate--the monthly rate is $435 + electricity + a $200 deposit to cover electricity if you don't pay. Fairly quiet area even tho close to I-15 and east/west main road. One negative is there are no tables at all on the sites, and all sites are back-in, tho spacious. I would stay here again due to not much to choose from in the northern valley area. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I can't really argue with the descriptions of the earlier reviews, but I found this a very convenient overnight stop and a great value at the PA rate. The place clearly used to be a mobile home park, and there are still some abandoned units on it. But it looks very much like they are trying to upgrade it. Most of the occupied modular home units are very nice looking, and while there were still some trashy old units there, they were abandoned (i.e., I did not see any trashy people). The main thing I liked was the location - north of Ogden, so very easy to get in and out of, but far enough off the interstate (about a quarter of a mile) to be very quiet. The service was very good, and a few regulars I met walking through the park quite friendly. There is wifi at the office, but I could not get it at my site, even with an antenna. Cell service is very good, and there are lots of o/a tv channels with good reception. All sites are back in, but I was allowed to pull through the vacant adjacent site to my site. I did see a lot of broken concrete, but not anywhere that they had put overnight visitors in. I enjoyed my stay and will return here on future travels through the area. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Older mobile home park with RV sites interspersed throughout. Park is clean, with a lot of space between sites, not much shade. Sites are gravel in large grassy areas. Leveling was not a problem. Roads are wide and sites are easy to get into. Good access from the freeway. Staff is courteous, but not overly friendly. Nice club house, nice pool. No wifi or cable. All utilities worked well. Not "high end", but comfortable for a reasonable price. Would stay there again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Not a RV park, but small lots that must have housed homes or mobile homes. Bad getting in and, out of due to the rain gutters on the streets. It was dumpy and only consider it if you're desperate for a one night's stay. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a mobile home park. But there are new owners who are updating the park and converting several sites into RV Spaces. The staff is very accommodating and very eager to please. The sites are very long, easy to get into and out of. Staff escorts you to the site and waits to make sure everything is satisfactory. We stay her every time we travel through the Salt lake area. The park is close to I-15. Easy in easy out. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Quite simply, this is an easy place to stay for an overnight or two, and is incredible value if staying under PA rate. We stayed here on our way through and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Built largely for park models, the sites are spacious and easily driven in and out of. Hook-up services worked well and were easily reached. Had a great view towards the mountains and enjoyed the surrounding area for walking. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing has changed here. An old Mobile Home park trying to change its image. There are several vacant sites and many poorly maintained Mobile Homes still occupied. There are many long term Rv's throughout the park and some are really derelict, others very nice. All that said, the sites are mostly level, some paved, some not, utilities are usually an easy reach. Host/manager was friendly and escorted us to our site. There is easy access from I-84. Traffic noise isn't a concern, great view of the Wasatch Front, snow at elevation during our stay. A lot of the sites would improve if the old, crumbling concrete could be removed and replaced. This is a good place to kick back for a day or two before moving on. We will return if in the area. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Old lightly maintained park with a big permanent population of old lightly maintained rigs. The office and public building is new, having burned down three times, and lightly maintained. The pool is new and lightly maintained. The old pipes, rods, stakes, and such sticking out of the ground bothered me as I believe they create a serious hazard to playing children or, for that manner, anyone who might fall and impale themselves. It's fine for an overnight stay at the Passport America price. Otherwise, I'd pass it by. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Antelope Island is beautiful. Admission to the island is $10 or $5 if you are old and a Utah resident. So, if you are old, stick your hand out of the car window with a $5 bill in it. These are government workers.
