We have been to Moab, Utah in September for the past 3 years. We are aware of some of the local campgrounds, but would like the opinion of anyone that is aware of a campground/RV park (not RV Resort) that has electricity and welcomes tent campers. We used Spanish Trails for two years, but they really offer nothing for the tent campers except a high price and a picnic table. KOA looked better but very tight. Our group ranges from tents to pop-ups to 33' travel trailers and 37' fifth wheels, plus a motorhome or two. We have found suitable facilities, such as Stillwell Ranch near Big Bend National Park in Texas, and would welcome the opinions of anyone who is familiar with the Moab, Utah area.
Thanks

I would try Dead Horse Point State Park. They have electric and it is great for tent campers. You can read my review and a picture at http://www.CampgroundReport.com
