Hubby and I dislike Pilot intensely because they require that you go inside, leave your credit card and then come out and pump your fuel. All these extra steps, plus leaving a credit card with people you don't know. Hate this.
At Flying J you just put your card in the slot at the pump, pump your fuel and pay. We are not happy about Pilot and hope they don't change the Flying J policy. |

Since Flying J is in bankruptcy court, it was pretty certain that they would either sell to someone or go out of business. Thus far, Pilot has said that they will keep most Flying J locations open and operating as they have in the past. When things change, we will just go somewhere else. Not a lot more that one can do.
