I personally need a bit more information...how old is the unit, what is the "book" value and how much below that is it? (just to fill in the "why" is it such a good deal) Is it from a dealer or private seller? Can you have it inspected by and authorized service center (STRONGLY recommended)? I'm sure there are many more questions to be asked...

There are many units out there that are not intended for permanent living and you will need to understand the special care that may be required to safely live in your unit.
