Paradise side of Mt Rainier is closed due to storm damage suffered from last winter. Be sure to check their website before coming. (You can park at the gate and walk in on Sundays, but there is very little parking there and so your advised to come very early.
FYI, they are looking for volunteers to help with the cleanup and if I were 20 years younger  |
