Ok, $79.99.
Anyone tried it? I bought one. You plug it into the 12v outlet. Fortunately, my RV dashboard has two, one for cigarette, and one "extra." This way, I can still use my Magellan and the backup camera. It's also supposed to have "night vision." I'm not planning an RV trip for a couple months, but if anyone has tried this, let up know! If not, I'll give my review. The package is somewhat misleading. "EASY INSTALLATION." "WIRELESS." "JUST BOLT THE RECEIVER TO YOUR LICENSE PLATE!!!"
Opened the package. Easy, right......... Step 1. "You need a voltage meter to find the positive and negative wires." Ok, I'm going to make a trip to my RV dealer to let them install it, if they will....... I don't have a volt meter! And I wouldn't know how to figure out which is the positive wire and which is negative. JJ -------------------- JJ from Pacific Northwest

QUOTE .... I don't have a volt meter! JJ Volt meters are pretty handy to have around, especially for testing the pedestal before plugging in. Maybe your new camera is the perfect excuse to buy one. They're not prohibitively expensive and much more accurate than relying on the little light-up testers. And, yes, please do let us know what your opinion is of your camera. We are considering getting one, too. I hope you're feeling better, btw. -------------------- It's always the batteries!
