Anyone have a suggestion for fall break (oct-nov) in and around tennessee area. Already been to the Smokies and Chattanooga area. Would even consider surrounding states. Trying to stay close to home due to weather and diesel prices.

Hi and welcome n2camping,

If you give us some info on your tastes we might be more specific with suggestions. Have you been to Huntsville, Alabama? Interesting with the US Space and Rocket Centre, and Monte Sano State park is ok for a few days.....

My suggestion would be Ashville,NC and/or here where I live in Mooresville,NC. Here in mooresville we have all the Nascar race shops, great indoor go cart tracks, indoor paint ball, lake norman for fishing and boating and in October the Coca Cola 600 at Lowes motor speedway. Theres the Statesville KOA about 20 min from here, clean and friendly. biggrin.gif
