Happy Campground Owners/workers Options

Well. it finally hit me today with my job.If campground owners are happy with there place of business then that will carry over to the workers. if they aren't then no one is going to do a good job.I know we all hate it when you walk in the office and the clerk act's if you are really inconviencing her/him.we all know if we are not treated as if they don't want our business we wont be back and in this economy every body needs a place to work.. just saying .i use to work at 2 different KOA's my moto was to treat everyone as i would like to be treated when far away from home.. that was 16 years ago. the worst thing i didn,t like about my camping co workers was when a overnighter needed propane i was not to leave the office so i would have to page the maintance guy and page and page and page... finally i would just lock the door and i learned to do it myself........it was not the overnighters that caused us problems it was some of the full timers... i am just saying....
