We are looking for a new area to check out this year. We would like to go the first week of September to maybe finger lakes or lake George. We have a toy hauler and like to bring motorcycles so we would like some areas to ride. Any thoughts?? Thanks

After Labor Day is a great time to visit the Adirondack Park. We ride and there are some nice areas to do this in. Se stay in a private campground (River Road) in Corinth NY which is about 20 minutes south of Lake George. And have stayed at others in the area...Warrensburgh is also a nice area just north of LG with many campgrounds. Day drives up to Lake Placid, Old Forge and Scroon Lake are always nice. Let me know if there are specific campgrounds that look interesting to you and maybe I can help Christina |
