My wife and I ages late 50,s plus our small pom/peek ,are thinking of buying a used 34 foot 5th wheel to live in we found that seems resonable made by komfort,it has a stackable washer dryer and aall ammedities we need,but we are not sure about what to look for to plant it in a park we live now in the vancouver area,sw washington state.and we will need to have it transported to a park.

I personally need a bit more information...how old is the unit, what is the "book" value and how much below that is it? (just to fill in the "why" is it such a good deal) Is it from a dealer or private seller? Can you have it inspected by and authorized service center (STRONGLY recommended)? I'm sure there are many more questions to be asked...
There are many units out there that are not intended for permanent living and you will need to understand the special care that may be required to safely live in your unit. |
