Is it ok to use foil insulation on windows such as this [Double Bubble Foil to keep heat out of the rv? Thanks for any suggestions.

We use bubble foil on the windows in our trailer on the side where the sun shines in the most. Just use it for in the fall and spring at our winter jobs. Use duct tape to keep it in place. Have one vent we never use. Have insulation up in it and bubble foil over it. That has been Velcroed in place.
