We'll be traveling from Bend, OR to Vancouver, BC and would like to stop over near Yakima to take a day trip to see Mt. Rainier. Can someone recommend a good RV park for a 40' motorhome, towing a Jeep that would be convenient, without having us go too far off of our Route 97 to Route 2 that we are planning to take?
The KOA in Yakima is the one I've seen recommended, but would like to know if there are other good parks. Thanks... Jan |

Jan,
I am not familiar with the place, but friends who live there recommended Sun Tides RV about 5 miles out of yakima. Never stayed in Yakima parks... |
