This is a Good Sam Park, but it is the worst park I have ever seen. It is nothing more than an renovated office building to a private residence with an office to collect your money. The rv parking is nothing more than an parking lot with outdated hookups. Large rv's cannot maneuver in this lot. Has nothing to offer and she wants $26.00 a night. Will be posting this review once vacation is over.

Sorry to see the park was so poor. Next time you are in Memphis try "Memphis/Graceland" on Hwy 51 south of town. Park is across street from Elvis Graceland and has low noise from road. About 20 minutes up to Memphis. Great Bar-Q place is close by and park will give you a discount card.
