does anyone have info or opinions on condo-co-op ownded campsites? Considering buying one in CT that has park model already on site. interested in opinions

My brother has one in South Florida. The prices really dropped when the recession in RV'ing hit and they are now hard to sell. The association can become run by a few folks willing to do the work and make it their mission in life. I was in a condo association once and the board treated us as if we were renters rather than owners. I would think a condo is better than a co-op though. I would suspect there are some pretty good deals now.
