The scroll feature to pick a state or city does not work on my I- Pad. Is there something I must do?Or does this web site not work on an I- Pad.

I am not sure what the problem is. I am on the site now and on my iPad. Went to the search and had no issues. Tapping on the "State" button brought up a spinning wheel seed to select a state. Perhaps you should check to see if you have the latest version of the IPad OS installed.
