Full Version: What Size Trailers Will State And National Parks Accomodate?
RV Park Reviews Campground Discussion Forum > RV Park and Campground Discussions > General Chat
We are purchasing our first toy hauler trailer this spring. We intent to do a lot of camping in state, national, COE type campgrounds.

Right now, we are looking primarily at 32 foot trailers. Will most of the campgrounds listed above accomodate that size trailer?

Thanks for your assistance!

That size TT will fit in about any park you go to. You may have a little problem in some of the very old parks that only work well for tents. smile.gif

Usually the posted limits cover all sites including the smallest ones. We have a 33 foot Class A and have stayed many times in state parks saying they handle up to 30 feet. I suspect that if they were almost full and one had a smaller site left, I couldn't say that.
