Has anyone camped at Stony Fork Creek CG in Wellsboro, PA. This is right by the Grand Canyon of the East. The CG is located between two mountains in a beautiful setting. They had an electrical problems when we were there but I would imagine that has been taken care of in 15 years.

Just wondering if anyone has any more recent experiences now that they have new ownership.

Stayed there last fall while Ives Run was flooded. The CG was nice but the voltage was terrible, less than 100 at times. Don't plan on using a cell phone there, they don't work which was a problem for me.

Thanks Lori. It sounds like they are really upgrading. I'd like to get out there again. Great setting!

FogNobber, I had the same problem with electric back in the '90's. I did email them over the last month and they said that they were upgrading electric in 1/2 of the CG. I guess they heard the complaint loud and clear.
