Are the rates that apear on the RV Park reviews updated? or they are correct to the time the Rver visited the park?

Danshula - the rates that are displayed are what the reviewer paid at the time of his or her stay. I find they rarely match up when I book a reservation. I guess different times of year and different discount plans would account for this.

The rates change all the time on the same park. I think they have plans in place to drop rates if people are missing and raise them it lot of people book up sites. We may never know the tricks to changing rates.

Campground rates change for all kinds of existing conditions. We have experienced, because we were returning customers over the years, an amount that was less than the paying public. Is it fair ? No ! But I guess customer loyalty may have been the reason, I surely did not ask for a explanation.
