I have used this site in the past to write up poor service work in shops. As we travel around we need a way to see if service shops are good or poor.

We used RVServiceReviews last Aug. while in the Seattle Washington area to get our refrigerator fixed. We selected a shop that had good service comments posted about it. We mentioned to the shop that we had selected them because of the review about them.

Personally we feel the more you let business know that comments about them are being posted on the web, "good and bad", the more they will realize that, they are being monitored by the public.

Another good resource. I personally can't imagine how I ever lived without the web. I'm an information junkie and I love finding these kinds of sites.
