Hooves N Wheels RV Park, Weatherford, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Nice enough place gravel roads lots of trees. When they tell you they have a Dog Park don't believe it. It is not acceptable. Grass burrs everywhere. Dogs did not do well. Requested a picnic table, they said they would get back to me. Never heard anymore. Dogs must be leashed they said, unless your a long termed, then your dog can run loose. We will probably stay again, but not very happy right now. We camped at Hooves N Wheels RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Within approx three miles to Interstate 20. Lots of shopping near by. Try the rib place at 171 and I 20. Best fried pie I ever ate. Bought a case frozen to take with us.

Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great park, the views are fantastic. Very well run and maintained. The walking trail is neat, and well laid out, love the sculptures scattered around the grounds. The bunnies are cute and plentiful. Love the dog park!
Now if they could just get rid of the goat head stickers it would be a perfect ten. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Taos RV Park, Taos, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are 30 amp only, it is really just a gravel lot with some electric risers and sewer connections.. Dog park is over grown with weeds, no lighting, lots of long term construction workers. Night man is a drunk, gets nasty really quickly. Sites so small that a motor home trying to park next to me hit my rear bumper. Only good thing is that showers are clean and plenty of hot water. I will never go back to this place. We camped at Taos RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Osage Beach RV Park, Osage Beach, Missouri

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great park, it is an old KOA but well maintained. Pull-through sites are a little close but the other sites are killer. They have cabins also. Wi-Fi works well. Very clean. Sites 26, 27, 28 are great sites, with plenty of room and good view out the back. We camped at Osage Beach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mark Twain Cave Campground, Hannibal, Missouri

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great campground if they would just mow the campsites. Cell service non-existent. It is older and shows a lot of wear. Very quiet. Staff is great. We stayed 5 days. We camped at Mark Twain Cave Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Close to all attractions in Hannibal. Go see Louisiana Mo. as well. If you like old homes and old buildings and touring, this is a great place. While here drive over to Quincy Ill. The homes and buildings in this town are awesome. Very picturesque drive along old river road.

Magnolia RV Park Resort, Vicksburg, Mississippi

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

If it has been raining do not go to this park. Interior roads are muddy. Sites are too close together. It is old and run down. We camped at Magnolia RV Park Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
