It is a nice park very over priced and if you want to reserve a specific space it will cost you an extra $25.00. We stayed in a deluxe many of the sites you cannot put your awning out trees to close. If you had a guest come by it was $15.00 . You are right next to the 101 freeway so you do get some road noise, It is about the only game in town, and you have to wear a wrist band while you are staying their.

Nice park, crazy busy, they need to get a WiFi system that works. I would be on and then it would disconnect, it would take up to 20 minutes to reconnect. Very slow for as spread out and for as many spaces they have. I would have given it a higher score but the WiFi was poor. Staff was great, everything else worked.

Very nice KOA a little pricey. We had a large pull thru with a grill, picnic table and fire pit. The park was full, quiet at night. The staff was very nice, and considering the size of the park they got us in and to our site in 10 minutes. The workers were great. My grill needed a new propane tank. I called the office and within 5 minutes it was being changed. The restaurant was closed at night as the Chef was ill. Breakfast was very good and super busy. The park is great but again a little pricey.

What a pleasant surprise. The park has 3 stocked trout ponds, lots of large trees, lots of grass and the STAFF is worth a million. When we arrived the 2 women in the office said we have your site as requested: clear view southern sky. We went to site 43, with the park manager who guided my wife into the site. Then he asked me where my hook ups were. I got them and he had me fully hooked up in 5 minutes. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Great park. We go out of our way to go back. There are many back in sites right on the river.

Our 2nd visit, it just keeps getting better. The staff is outstanding, the park is spotless, they pick up your trash every day. Has serious water pressure 120-130 PSI, make sure you bring a water regulator. Will be back.

The park is immaculate. 24 hour on site security, easy in and out. Site was concrete pad. Great water pressure. The staff was very helpful. When my WiFi would not connect they sent a young man who had it up and running in 5 minutes. Would stay here again.

Was not sure we would stay here after reading some of the reviews, called and spoke with the owner/manager who told me they have been making improvements, We took a chance and when we got here it was just fine, all new power boxes and working on several sites. The park is a simple park with no shade, tables, all the hook ups worked well and far enough from the freeway so noise was not an issue. Given some more this will be a great stop over park.

This is a great park just outside Houston which lets you avoid the traffic nightmare going through Houston. The staff was 5 star when we arrived; they had everything ready to go. It took seriously 2 minutes to check in, you also received 2 bottles of water and a bag of ice great touch. Staff was super, easy in and out to the freeway, a little freeway noise but not bad. Many parks could take a lesson from them on checking in guests. Great water pressure and they pick up your trash every morning.

Nice park, had site on the lake (higher price due to Jazz Fest). The only issue other than the rain from hell dumped over 12 inches was the WiFi did not work at your site which for the price should have been working. The only place it worked was if you went to the office or the restaurant. There is no excuse for the WiFi not working which is all the time, not just this visit. Close to most everything you would want to see and do. All hook ups worked well, great water pressure.

Hard to rate as the rains were awful many roads were closed having said that the staff other then the manager were clueless we called several times to get directions and they could not give us correct directions, they have the flea market which make getting into the park on the weekends dam near impossible, the office is not clearly marked, the electric hook ups are very low to the ground and if you use a surge protector you have a difficult time plugging your power cord in it hits the ground. not a great idea when every thing is sitting in water. The office needs some adults not teenagers who when they answer the phone have a little knowledge about how to get there when the freeway is closed, getting wrong directions several times just does not cut it. The site was large but the whole park is nothing more than a giant parking lot. if you want to go to a flea market then it may be the place for you other than that I will pass you also have the toll roads which some are pass only does not take cash and no pay by mail . Would not stay here again if you are just staying the night there are a few parks right off the 10 without having to travel all over the place to get there and.

This is one of the top RV parks we have ever been to. We arrived during the rains from hell but the park was spotless. Check in was a piece of cake. Nice fitness centre. We had a site on the river. It rained and I mean rained. Great park, nice staff picked up your trash every day. Will stay here again. Great little town with some wonderful restaurants and several golf courses.

The park was very clean and well kept, The 2 ladies in the office were just the nicest people you would ever want to meet, ask a question and they had the answer They had us checked in quickly and showed us our site. WiFi worked great and if you wanted cable it was free as was the Wifi. Would stay here a again, I am giving it a 10 as many people were stuck due to the heavy rains about 25 as some roads were closed heading to San Antonio and Houston they made it work for everyone, the office staff 5 STAR.

Nice park in a not so pretty area, tough to find and get to with all the road construction. Tare the next freeway exit and turn back on the service road follow the signs. We received 50% off with our Passport America discount, the young man who checked us in was super fast it took all of 5 minutes. All hook ups worked well site was nice and level.

Nice park, the deluxe sites are very well maintained and have very nice bushes between sites. The only issue I had was checking in, we were given our site, went to it and it was occupied. Went back to the office, was given another site went to it and it too was occupied. Went back to the office again; they were having some type of computer issues. They gave us another site and it was empty. We pulled in and all the hook ups worked well. If you can book a deluxe site do it, well worth it.
