Holiday Palms RV Park, Quartzsite, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here twice for two days each on either end of our trip to Northern Arizona. The park is mostly permanent residents who come and go per season. The park was very nice and clean. No views of anything wonderful, but quiet and efficient. Yes you do hear the noise from the 10 freeway, but it is somewhat distant and didn't bother us at all. For the price and short visit, I would say it's great. It's probably one of the very best places to stay during the "season" here in Quartzsite because it has pull-through sites and full hook-ups. Good Wi-Fi, not super speedy, but adequate. We camped at Holiday Palms RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If it's not "Season", here (September to March), there is NOTHING to do. Only two restaurants in town open, and a couple of rock shops. But it works for a stop along the way to somewhere else.

Rancho Sedona RV Park, Sedona, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed 4 nights in May 2015. This park is amazing. We had an Executive site that backed up to Oak Creek. I was able to hear the creek at night from my RV bedroom. Awesome. It is beautifully set up and you feel like you are out truly camping instead of what we call "cement camping". It is pristine and immaculate. We will definitely stay again. The only reason I didn't give it a "10" is because the Wi-Fi was not good at all. I have a new iPhone and a new MacBookPro, and the Wi-Fi connection was just not good, no matter what I tried. But I can overlook that for the other great points about this park. We camped at Rancho Sedona RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Sedona is amazing. Make sure you take a Jeep Tour right away. They are expensive but you learn everything you need to know for the rest of your visit.
