Lake Adventure Community, Milford, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This was Labor Day. The roads were a war zone. The electric was 30 amps. The water was in a Boil Advisory. The pool was heavily chlorinated and the "beach" was closed and had been for years as we found out. The staff was arrogant and belligerent. The internal newsletter was filled with "don't" do items. For this, residents pay $3,000 a year in fees and taxes plus could not use the land they own more than 1/2 year, as we were told. We have felt more welcome in WalMart lots. It is cheaper to be a guest but why would you want to? We camped at Lake Adventure Community in a Travel Trailer.

Lake Adventure Community, Milford, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We couldn't wait to get out of here. The rest rooms were old, smelly and had slippery floors. I slipped and fell in one. "Rustic" would be an improvement. Outhouse is more accurate. The roads were pot whole riddled dirty. The staff was arrogant and downright nasty to us and to owners in the campground. The security left of with the feeling we were inmates. We camped at Lake Adventure Community in a Fifth Wheel.
