American RV Resort-Medford, Talent, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Some of the reviews I read said stay here only as a last resort. I say keep on going!!! This Park as they call it was 95 % full timers, people who live there. I'm trying to think of a word that would describe the entire park, and slumy is the word I come up with. I wouldn't walk around at night, that is for sure. The sites for people just passing through are just gravel. Nothing more. The pool looks like it has not had water in it 10 years. The tennis courts, yes there is a tennis court at least that's what the sign says, is just busted up Asphalt and no net whatsoever. No amenities whatsoever . I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me to do so. Keep on going. We camped at American RV Resort-Medford in a Motorhome.

Cherry Hill Park, College Park, Maryland

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

We loved Cherry Hill Park. Beautiful park and well maintained. Lots of amenities, including a nice big store, pool, cafe, hot tub, and very nice laundry facilities. They are very dog friendly with lots of dog areas for your pups. Only negative thing I could point out is if you're in a large RV the spots are a little on the tight side. We camped at Cherry Hill Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is so much to do in Washington DC and you can plan everything right from this RV park. We loved that the Metrobus picks you up right at the park and returns you. You can purchase tour tickets right from the RV park.

Artillery Ridge Campground, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Accommodated our 36 foot RV fine. Big RV and camping Park. Not maintained very well, especially if you had to pay the regular price to stay here, over $50+ per night. We have Passport America so we paid half the price. No privacy between sites and pretty close together. They do have a pool and a store on site and they advertise WiFi throughout the park, but we had no reception the entire time. Also, bring your own bags for your dogs. This place was nothing special, not impressed at all. We camped at Artillery Ridge Campground in a Motorhome.
