The company that owns this park is planning to upgrade. It needs a lot of work. The road is terrible and it's a good 15 minutes from anything. Wifi was only available at the office where you could sit on a bench outside. the lake is beautiful and this could be a premier park. But the sites are not level. they were apparently cleaning up from a recent flood, so lots of dead trees and trash in areas. It is very pretty and quiet.

Had a reservation, but when we arrived at the self-check shack, no paperwork, no map, nothing to tell us where our site was. Someone in a golf cart came by and then drove us around to pick a site. The only one that would work for us had someone that was supposed to be checking out. We had to wait another 1/2 hour for them to leave. Then when we did get in, the site was extremely crooked, uneven and dirty. Had reservations for 4 nights, but left after one.

The grounds are very nice, lots of room. But for some reason when we wanted to stay for a month, they put us in the with the workers staying here. So every morning we had diesel trucks starting up all around us at 6 am. Nice big dog run but it's also way in the back 40. The laundry/restroom building is disgusting. Dead bugs everywhere, tattered shower curtains, dirty tables and chairs in the laundry. after the first use, we drove to Newton to use a Laundromat. Staff was pleasant and helpful, wifi was usually good but not consistent. Nice clubhouse and pool area.

A work in progress and they're doing a very nice job. Loved the glider at our site along with a large fire pit and picnic table. Nice big dog run. Next to a golf course.

Beautiful park. We had originally reserved a lake site, but couldn't get satellite and my football addicted husband had to have his satellite. The site we moved to was very long and we had a large front "yard". Nice patio area, fire ring provided. Quiet, peaceful, but look out for snakes. This rate if for the Senior Park Pass.

As others said, clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. The PRIVATE bathrooms are wonderful. Large dog run. They have activities frequently including karaoke, BBQ, pancake breakfasts, 4th of July and Halloween parties among others. Nice exercise room. Laundry could use some new machines. Wifi has been upgraded and is very good.

Nice small park. There is a train, but very rarely. Highway noise not too noticeable. Staff friendly and the cold water was much appreciated. As noted, laundry very clean and reasonably priced. Dogs are accepted, but the area to walk them is very limited. An amazing amount of cable channels. Ask for row 400 if you must have satellite. 400 also has concrete pads. Rate is with Passport discount and $4 nightly for 50amp.

Very nice park with lots of rolling hills and green grassy areas between sections. The camp store is well stocked, the grounds are immaculate and the landscaping is well maintained. Only drawback was that when we arrived, the front desk had only one person and they were stuck on the phone. Took a long time to get checked in. Close to Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial. Mini golf course, basketball court, tetherball and pool all clean and well maintained. Apparently during Sturgis, the large grass areas are used for tents so there are porta potties all around the area. Looks a little odd, but didn't notice bad odors. Site #16 is the best in the park. No one on our driver's side, large area behind us to sit and enjoy the piece and quiet.

A nice park with basic amenities. The owners are very cordial and even re-opened the office so we could get ice on a very hot night. FHU site was level and long. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dog and sit outside. Close to highway, but noise negligible. Don't follow GPS. Use directions on website. Would stay here again.

The web pictures don't do this justice. The sites are terraced with most having a nice grassy area and trees. You have amazing views of the surrounding rolling hillsides. There are trains that come thru often. But the noise isn't too horrible. Friendly staff, and as noted, complimentary ice cream on arrival. That was really appreciated on the 90 degree day when we checked in. Only a few minutes from the Battlefield and Custer Museum. Nothing else in the area. Closest small town is Hardin.

Large park with lots of in and out movement. We had new neighbors almost every day of our 6 day stay. The staff was great, helpful and informative. They even have a lady who will walk your dog while you are out touring. They offer free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the morning and it is much appreciated by all the guests. It backs up to the national forest with lots of walking trails for people and dogs. Nice store with souvenir items and supplies. A short walk into town. Sites were gravel with grassy areas and trees at most sites.

Rate reflects weekly rate. We loved this park. it's very well maintained with lots of grassy areas and mature trees. Quiet and peaceful. The camp hosts were friendly and very helpful. A perfect place to de-stress after visiting Yellowstone. A small laundry, only 2 washers, 2 dryers, but very clean. Convenient to Rexburg and Idaho Falls.

Very convenient for visiting Disney, Knott's etc. Splurge for the deluxe site, it is worth it. Escort to site did a great job backing in our motor home and avoiding the truck that was parked across the way hanging out into the street. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice pool and spa area. Oddly enough, our power went out every morning around 6 am. Only stayed off for a few minutes, but enough to mess up the clocks and satellite dish. Had a very nice patio table and chairs and shady, grassy area to sit and relax. Small dog runs, not very pet friendly, but there is a convenient dog wash area.

Beautiful park with great views of the surrounding mountains. Quiet, clean, sites were close, but each had a nice grassy area for the dogs. About a 15 minute drive to nearest city/shopping area. Weekly rate.

A nice park that is actually in Henderson. Sites are ok, but have a large curb you have to back over. Nice dog walk area and you also have access to a very nice city park next door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was sometimes spotty. 2 laundries, use the bigger one that's air conditioned!
