As noted, an older park that needs some upgrades. We specifically told them we needed satellite, but didn't have any chance of getting a signal. No cable, but antenna picked up a good number of the free channels like Metv, AntennaTv and local networks. Laundry small but clean. Several machines out of order. Our site had a pond in the street next to us due to heavy rain. Lots of mud. A nice park across the road to walk the dog, and a RV center next door which is convenient for parts or supplies.

A basic park, but clean and quiet. Wifi was great, and the owner came out to help us find a site with a clear satellite signal. Small dog park near office.

Convenient for an overnight stay. Nice level site. didn't want to cook, so found Pizza 9 who would deliver. Good pizza! Check out the men's room in the office.

We've stayed here several times over the years, but we won't be back. it's gotten worse every year. Our site was so over grown the trees were dragging at our air conditioner on the roof. we had just enough room to open our slides, but could barely get our car parked. Satellite impossible. No cable. they have a nice small dog park, and the laundry was very clean. They no longer take Passport America, and for the money, it's very overpriced. But if you go further down the road, there is a huge sports complex area and a nice big multi section dog park behind the animal control center.

This is a beautiful small park. Except for the long term residents, who have some of the rattiest rigs I've ever seen. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed all the grass and trees. Wifi was good, an amazing number of cable channels. Satellite not available in all sites. There were a couple of dogs roaming free, but I don't think they belonged to anybody in the park. Close to Waco and all the attractions. Lots of restaurants, stores and everything you need close by. We will come back here again.

We have been staying here since May. I have to respond to the previous review. The man who posted that was frequently drunk, waving down other guests and yelling at them for driving too fast. He did it to us once and we were at the speed limit. yes there is dust, it's a gravel and grass park. Yes, the owners are older, but the staff is friendly, helpful and now with a few more workers arriving, the grounds are mowed and look very nice. It is an older park. Some cable and WiFi. The wifi is 'variable' but the walk to the river and deer, steers and mini donkeys are all really pleasant. Gravel and grass Park. Sites have some shade. it's an older Park, but the walk to the river, the longhorns, deer and mini donkeys are great.

The company that owns this park is planning to upgrade. It needs a lot of work. The road is terrible and it's a good 15 minutes from anything. Wifi was only available at the office where you could sit on a bench outside. the lake is beautiful and this could be a premier park. But the sites are not level. they were apparently cleaning up from a recent flood, so lots of dead trees and trash in areas. It is very pretty and quiet.

Had a reservation, but when we arrived at the self-check shack, no paperwork, no map, nothing to tell us where our site was. Someone in a golf cart came by and then drove us around to pick a site. The only one that would work for us had someone that was supposed to be checking out. We had to wait another 1/2 hour for them to leave. Then when we did get in, the site was extremely crooked, uneven and dirty. Had reservations for 4 nights, but left after one.

The grounds are very nice, lots of room. But for some reason when we wanted to stay for a month, they put us in the with the workers staying here. So every morning we had diesel trucks starting up all around us at 6 am. Nice big dog run but it's also way in the back 40. The laundry/restroom building is disgusting. Dead bugs everywhere, tattered shower curtains, dirty tables and chairs in the laundry. after the first use, we drove to Newton to use a Laundromat. Staff was pleasant and helpful, wifi was usually good but not consistent. Nice clubhouse and pool area.

A work in progress and they're doing a very nice job. Loved the glider at our site along with a large fire pit and picnic table. Nice big dog run. Next to a golf course.

Beautiful park. We had originally reserved a lake site, but couldn't get satellite and my football addicted husband had to have his satellite. The site we moved to was very long and we had a large front "yard". Nice patio area, fire ring provided. Quiet, peaceful, but look out for snakes. This rate if for the Senior Park Pass.

As others said, clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. The PRIVATE bathrooms are wonderful. Large dog run. They have activities frequently including karaoke, BBQ, pancake breakfasts, 4th of July and Halloween parties among others. Nice exercise room. Laundry could use some new machines. Wifi has been upgraded and is very good.

Nice small park. There is a train, but very rarely. Highway noise not too noticeable. Staff friendly and the cold water was much appreciated. As noted, laundry very clean and reasonably priced. Dogs are accepted, but the area to walk them is very limited. An amazing amount of cable channels. Ask for row 400 if you must have satellite. 400 also has concrete pads. Rate is with Passport discount and $4 nightly for 50amp.

Very nice park with lots of rolling hills and green grassy areas between sections. The camp store is well stocked, the grounds are immaculate and the landscaping is well maintained. Only drawback was that when we arrived, the front desk had only one person and they were stuck on the phone. Took a long time to get checked in. Close to Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial. Mini golf course, basketball court, tetherball and pool all clean and well maintained. Apparently during Sturgis, the large grass areas are used for tents so there are porta potties all around the area. Looks a little odd, but didn't notice bad odors. Site #16 is the best in the park. No one on our driver's side, large area behind us to sit and enjoy the piece and quiet.

A nice park with basic amenities. The owners are very cordial and even re-opened the office so we could get ice on a very hot night. FHU site was level and long. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dog and sit outside. Close to highway, but noise negligible. Don't follow GPS. Use directions on website. Would stay here again.
