This park is in need of a little tlc. The grassy areas have weeds and stickers, The back end of the park has lots of weeds. If you walk your dog be aware of all the stickers. Speaking of dogs there is no dog run in the back of the park just an area for a dog to do their business back can not take off leash. The wifi was spotty, did not use the cable, roof top satellite did not work because of the trees .. Showers were clean but need a towel rack or shelve to put your stuff on. Did not use the laundry room but it looked clean, nice pool with a hot tub. Right off i5 so easy to get to.

Great park.. Wifi and cable are good. Level concert pad to park on.. Fake grass in between sites nice large picnic tables. Nice dog runs. Big trees. Only down side .. Sites close together & no shelve to put your stuff in the shower.. Did not use the laundry room.. Office & maintenance staff are great... Sparks Marina Lake within walking distance..

This is a great park for over night stay. Very narrow sites .. You can get a site with a concert pad but you walk and drive on gravel. Not much shade trees are small. Grass on end sites but dogs not allowed on grass. Has 24 hr showers and laundry. Little store at the office.. Safeway right down the street..

Resort is a real stretch .. It's a 30 year old trailer park with 90% of the sites filled with park models and RV's thrown in-between.. Nice pool & spa.. Showers are old & small only 3 in the whole park for women & 3 in the mens room.. Showers are Not handicapped accessible.. Nice library, free ice machine. Pull through sites are all rock and not very level.. Concert patio pads are small & some are cracked. Palm trees are in the way and offer no shade..NO WIFI & NO CABLE.. The yearly RV sites are redone ( bigger patio pads, pavers etc) at the renters expense. The lots are very unlevel, tilting towards the street. They are also very close together. We have been here several times & I have never seen anyone use the shuffleboard courts or bocce ball courts..Waste of space, Fruit trees at most of the permeant sites offer lemons and grapefruit..

Very nice park. We stayed in a premium spot so we had grass & trees close to the pool area. Bad thing about the spot is the WiFi sucks because of the trees. The WiFi company is an outside vendor who tells you when you call the signal is bad because of the trees. What the heck?. Maybe you ought to come out to the site and add more towers. The bathrooms are 1 person only which I liked. They have what they call comfort stations all over the park. Nice level sites with concrete pads & picnic tables. Cable was ok. Need what I call more lady channels IE: food network, the cooking channel etc.. Dogs have several areas where they can do their business but again its all gravel. They have really nice grass in some of the area that have signs to keep the dogs off the grass??? So if your dog doesn't like gravel you're up the creek without a paddle. It was very warm here so also the dogs burn their feet if you walk them during the day. Pool area is really nice. There is a separate pool for kids. Nice outside tables next to the cafe but not dog friendly. Nice store in the office area. Access is great right off the I15. Guard at the gate so you have to have a pass to get in. No shuttle to take you to the strip. So if you don't have a car you will have to call a cab.

This a very nice park. Some spots have tress on both sides of the RV. No concrete pad so you park on gravel & if you don't have a rug you sit on gravel. Streets are also gravel. WiFi was ok, very spotty. Cable is digital only so if your TVs are not digital you will not get a signal. Park has very clean showers & bathrooms. Has a small laundry room but it was also very clean. Grand Canyon Trains run right next to the park was really cool to see the old steam train. There is a continental breakfast served every morning in the office area, waffles, juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal. Over all is a very nice park & you cannot beat the weather. Williams is a cute tourist town with the Grand Canyon only 60 miles away..

Elks members or their guest only.. Small park sites are not very level. Has water, power & sewer.. No wifi or cable.. Lodge is walking distance from the rv park.. Lots of trees.. Park on gravel. No tables .. Fire rings not allowed in Show Low.. Dog friendly..

What a dump. Needs a total renovation. The only thing good here is the bathrooms & showers because they have been renovated. Roads are crap, big potholes. Concert pads are broken & picnic table is really bad...don't sit on it or you will have a bottom full of splinters. No dog run. No WiFi. No cable. Get going if you want these things.

Dirt, dirt, and more dirt. Drive in dirt. Walk in dirt. Park in dirt. No dog run. Showers & bathrooms were disgusting. Poop on toilet, bugs every where. Really gross. Did not even look at the laundry room. Power surged 3 times in 1 day. WiFi really bad. The best thing about this park is the cable.

Office workers are really nice & friendly. Continual breakfast served every morning: juice, coffee, muffins, cereal. Sites are concrete but not so level. Has a downward slope to them. Showers were clean but small. Laundry needs a good cleaning. Washers are $2.00, dryer $.75 for 15 minutes. Has a gravel dog run. Nice pool & jacuzzi. Cable was ok. Wifi was spotty. Nice shades trees in some sites.

Nice small park.. Lots of trees... No manager on site.. She is down the street in the Mobile Home Park very nice .. Level sites with a small concert pad.. Laundry is small but clean.. Showers are large. 1 for women & 1 for men.. But your whole family can fit in one they are that big... No dog run.. just a small area for your dog to do its business.. Would be nice if everyone cleaned up after their pet!!! Wifi was good.. Cable was good.. Outlet mall right down the street.. Easy access to i10..

Date of Stay:

Park is over priced.. They call themselves a resort.. But no pool.. No Pickelball courts.. Showers are old & small.. really needs an update..Lots of park models with rv spaces between.. Sites with concert pads are level...sites with only lave rock are pretty bad.. Nice dog run in the front park area.. Dogs cannot go past the first 3 rows in the park which is a shame since there is a nice outside area to sit & have a glass of wine.. Laundry room is nice except the change machine is out of order sign says to go to office for change but office is closed on weekends.. Overall I would give this park just ok rating..

This is a very nice park. Wifi was good, Cable was good. Views are outstanding. Bike paths are wonderful. We had a back in slot where our neighbors had a pull in so your doors are on the same side.. So if you like your neighbors thats a good thing..

This is a very nice clean park.. Has lots of park models with RV's in between..Lots have an uphill slope to get in ... so if you hang low you are gonna scratch the bottom of the RV..Has great WiFi.. Laundry, showers, and bathrooms are very clean. Cable is 24 channels only, but its included in rate. Rate above is average for a 30 day stay. We stayed 1 month, monthly rate does not include electric.. The only negative I have is the dog policy.. If you have a dog you can only stay in the last 2 rows of the park & the dogs cannot walk any where else. It has a very small all gravel dog area outside the back gate...So this park is not very dog friendly..Mall is about 8 miles away.. Sites are gravel with concrete pad.. No picnic table on sites...
