Beach Rose RV Park, Salisbury, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $56.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at Beach Rose in May and found it to be very nice. Its a small campground with 50 sites, but very well taken care of. Unexpectantly we found it necessary to arrange for a site for a 4 week stay during July and Aug. The owners of the campground couldn't have been more helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us. I can't thank them enough for their help.If your looking for a nice quiet park and friendly staff, do not hestitate to go to this campground. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pine Hollow Camprgound, Pownal, Vermont

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We visited this campground yesterday. It seems very nice and neat and clean. Has a park like setting with a water fountain in the center of the small lake. Roads are dirt but sites are all grass. We saw one bathroom, which was small, but clean. The showers seemed a little small but we would be using our own shower. We found this campground to be very pleasant. The owners seemed very friendly and helpful. We camped at Pine Hollow Camprgound in a Motorhome.

Greenwood Lodge and Campsites, Bennington, Vermont

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We visited this campground yesterday just to check it out. It isn't very far from us. It seemed very neat and clean. However, it's small with only about 40 sites which are all gravel. They do have electric but only a few sites have the electricity. My DH checked out the bathroom and it seemed to be very clean. The pull thrus are a little close and there are no trees on those sites. The shaded sites are for tents. No pool. The park to me looks fairly new and I think they still have some work to do. Don't know if it's to our liking or not. Not sure if I would stay there. We camped at Greenwood Lodge and Campsites in a Motorhome.

Arrowhead Marina & RV Park, Schenectady, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2005 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

If your looking for a lot of activity this isn't the place, but if you looking for a quiet, peaceful, clean campground with a park like setting, you will be very happy with this park. It is well maintained with some sites all grass with concrete patios and others under the pines. A wonderful place to just put your feet up and read a book or watch the boats on the river. There is fishing! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant place. We stayed here for a week in July and 2 weeks in August of 2005 in a motorhome. We camped at Arrowhead Marina & RV Park in a Motorhome.

To the best of my knowledge, I believe this campground has been sold and they're building condos there. We camped at Western Village RV Park in a Motorhome.
