Hot Springs / Black Hills KOA, Hot Springs, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

This park is located in a great area and has trees. However, it is NOT big rig friendly. Their overnight sites are small and not level at all. Although the staff are friendly we had to ask for help parking after not being able to get in the first two sites. In the first we could not open our slides in the second it was so steep our front was 3 ft up in the air and dangerous. The third was OK but still not very level. The person who helped us never did stay to make sure we were OK. We camped at Hot Springs / Black Hills KOA in a Motorhome.

The Boardwalk RV Resort, Homestead, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

This is good for an overnight stay only. It is a trailer park. People are nice but roads in park are narrow. All back-in spots. Park on grass. Not easy if you get there late. We camped at The Boardwalk RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Streets in Homestead are on angles. Have to watch for where to turn. Park is just a block off Highway 1.

Bluewater Key RV Resort, Key West, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $115.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in a water front spot which was more expensive but worth it. The park was beautiful, close to Key West, excellently maintained and easy to find. Staff were very helpful. Lovely park area in the middle with large dog area. Loved the tiki huts at each spot. We camped at Bluewater Key RV Resort in a Motorhome.
