Lynchburg / Blue Ridge Parkway KOA, Monroe, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $63.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in a premium pull through site. Manager and staff were very accommodating. Our site was roomy...but some looked crowded. The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped. Plenty for the kids to do...morning, afternoon and an evening activity! Nice catch and release pond. Clean swimming pool. It is a bit out in the country (which we liked). I would definitely stay here again! We camped at Lynchburg / Blue Ridge Parkway KOA in a Motorhome.

Gulf Beach RV Resort, Biloxi, Mississippi

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $85.00
Overall Rating:

Very new and nice park. Staff was nice and accommodating. Spots were close but very nice. WiFi worked well. Restrooms and laundry room were new, clean and well stocked. Beach is just across 4 lane highway. I would stay here again happily and I would recommend to friends. We camped at Gulf Beach RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Seven Points Campground COE, Hermitage, Tennessee

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Pretty area. Some sites away from the water don't offer any view of the water but are pretty spacious and private. The campground was very quiet. We traveled into Nashville once. I would camp here again...but I'd probably check out other area campgrounds first.... We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Travel Trailer.

Floating Mill Campground COE, Silver Point, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Very pretty campground. We got a lot with a great view of the water (35) although there are many.

Bathrooms were dated but very clean.

The lake was gorgeous!

Some spaces were close...and some might have been a challenge to novice campers.

We will be back when we are in the area! We camped at Floating Mill Campground COE in a Travel Trailer.

Campers Inn Inc., Panama City Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The park is an older one...but they are upgrading slowly. I found 2 sandspurs in the bottom of our shoes in 4 days...so I can't say that was a real issue. There is some road noise but I can't say light or noise impacted our stay at all. Bathhouse was remodeled and was nice and clean. It's not a perfect park, but the location is good and the services were all very adequate. The only inconvenience was that power and water hookups were on the front of the camper? I find it difficult to complain about this park. We will come back. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Do check out Surfside Grill a couple of miles down the road for fresh, steamed seafood. It's a hole in the wall....but well worth stopping in!
