Nelson's Family Campground, East Hampton, Connecticut

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Sites we were given were not level but manageable. Gray water can be dumped on the site if you use a hose from your unit's gray water cap.

Large stone fire rings. Purchase wood on site. Do not carry wood in to burn.

Many amenities but we only stayed overnight and did not take advantage of them. RV dealer/repair on site. We camped at Nelson's Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

East Hampton is BEAUTIFUL. Pretty lake with a name I cannot pronounce. Plenty to see and do.

Wright's Orchard Station Campground, Duncansville, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Internet works great and fast from the pavilion down to the office. It will fade as you go uphill. Yes, the campground is up hill. Rates vary with cable, sewer etc. add on. There are a lot of seasonals. Sites are all on stone. Bring blocks and wedges. You will need them. Campground staff is friendly and welcoming. We camped at Wright's Orchard Station Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Christmas Pines Campground, Auburn, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Wi-fi internet is for all intentional purposes, useless. No sewer hookups. One dump station. Big sites, good spacing between sites. Good clean Christian run park. Rules enforced for noise. Great kids park. Nice heated pool, playground, dog friendly, game room. Plenty to do in the area. Close to Cabelas. Mostly permanents. Call ahead as weekends fill up quickly. We camped at Christmas Pines Campground in a Travel Trailer.
