This is now a KOA. Easy to get to off I-5. Lots of room to move around as we have a 40' 5th wheel. An older park but kept clean. We stayed one night on our way back from Palm Springs to BC. Would stay here again on a stopover. Lot spacing was nearby with some shade. Site surface was gravel.

We booked here because it's a Passport America park. Very good value. Nicer newer park although once I handed my PA pass that's when I think they put me in an end spot. Tip: get spot selected, then show your pass. We thought we were close enough to San Francisco? Wrong! it took us 2 hours to get there, over 2.5 hours with rush hour. If you're going up and down I5 to stop for San Francisco find something closer :)

This park was satisfactory, as it was close to Escondido where we stayed for the weekend, only 35 minutes to San Diego. We had asked for a spot up top based on another review on this website; the warning is the hill to get up there. I pull a 40' Landmark with a 2014 1-ton truck. If you have anything less I wouldn't go up. It's very steep and will put a lot of strain on your truck. Take a site lower down. There seemed to be a lot of full timers. Picturesque stocked fishing lakes. Staff were very friendly.

This is by far THE best park in North America! We have just completed a 4 month "round North America" trip; we've stayed in over 55 parks on this trip. We relied heavily on rvparkreviews and found many good ones but this is the absolute best. It is so pristine, you will feel like royalty. We have paid more in some parks in Florida but they were not half the park this one is. We were right on the golf course in a 5th wheel. All sites are concrete with manicured grass and vegetation. There are many owners who full time here, but are very friendly. lots of pools and tennis courts as well as two golf courses (average length on the 18 hole is about 110 yards). the good sam book has 10/10/10 but compared to others rated this high this park is a 15/15/15, nothing comes close.

Since we are Passport Of America members we do look for a good review on RV Park Reviews every time. When we saw a very high rating we booked this one immediately as its in Williams right off I-40. No sense pulling or driving your rig into Grand Canyon, its a one hour stretch from Williams to GC. The park is new, nicely paved roads with some colored gravel between sites. Good water pressure, very clean bathrooms. Sites are plenty big, nice and close to Williams downtown, a nostalgic town which boasts being on Route 66. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Grand Canyon. BTW trains near are not an issue at night. We were here in Nov 1st in a 40' 5th wheel.

This is one of the finest campgrounds in North America. Very spacious sites although you could end up facing another camper, although with lots of space in between. If you don't have a national park pass beware, you'll be paying an extra $20 to get into the park, which is good for 7 days. Pads are paved with gravel beside. You do have to pay for showers ($2.00 for 15 minutes).

If you have a trailer of any size you will have troubles maneuvering here. We have a 40' RV. The morning we were leaving, I had to make sure my neighbors truck was gone otherwise I would not have been able to get out. This is also a children's theme park next door. Good thing it was off season. I would not recommend this park as the roads and sites are way too tight even for smaller trailers. To many seasonals as well.

We stayed overnight on our way down south. It's a good place for one night as there are many seasonals in this park. When you come off I-84 you'll cross a one lane bridge over the river, the park is immediately on your right. Signage is facing the other way. Staff is very friendly. Good park to go visit the Gorge, which is a must.

Very good park, new clean bathrooms, gravel roads and spots. Sites are very tight; when I opened my slide awning I couldn't open all the way otherwise it would've touched the next trailer! Nicely located to see Anacortes, Whitby Island. Nice bike trail from the park to Anacortes. Reception was excellent and fast. Not too many families, mainly saw RV'ers passing through. Not much trees here so can get warmer in the summer, make sure you have AC. Views of Mt Baker and the bay but a lousy view also of a refinery.

There aren't many RV parks near Leavenworth, this was the only one we could get. The sites are pretty tight, very dusty roads. The sites are gravel. We were by far one of the biggest rugs in here. Rest of sites are small. The cable is not working they didn't tell us this on the phone. WiFi is non existent as well, spotty to say the least. Its OK if you're staying overnight on a trip. There is a nice creek off the one side of the park.

Great location to check out Cabot Trail and other attractions in this area. The owners are very friendly. Some sites are on hilly area but we had a nice level one for our 40' RV. Nice solid gravel sites. Very good value.

Great location, you can do everything in PEI from here. Great views. Staff were great here. They were having a new wifi system installed they were having problems with; they offered me to use their private WiFi in the office while it was being fixed. We used our Passport America discount here, great value.

Terrible drainage in this park. it rained but had no where to go, we were getting wet feet for 2 days. We've been to many other parks on this 90 day trip but had good drainage. Not here. We made some deep tracks when we pulled out but that wasn't our fault as the sites don't have enough gravel.

First off we were charged $90 for one night. Unfortunately we didn't have much choice as we thought it was "off season". We had booked for 3 nights but only stayed one; we move to another park in Dunnville for a third of the price. We were told we were getting the "prime" spot; first one as you came in so all the traffic goes by plus we were right by the pool and playground! There are just as good parks for half the price, do your research.

Excellent value, we came in after the office was closed but as lady was turning off lights she welcomed me in to sign in; that's service!! This location is close to everything Holland had to offer, biking from here to the lake and sand dunes. I highly recommend this park
