Bayley's Camping Resort, Scarborough, Maine

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $100.00
Overall Rating:

Campgrounds had ample sized sites with crushed stone for a base. We had a 30 amp site with water, sewer and cable. Campgrounds were very well kept and had enough amenities to keep you there. I thought the campgrounds were on the expensive side but we certainly got what we paid for. Multiple pools (some heated), hot tubs, laundry rooms, game rooms, store, restaurant, playground are all readily available. If you're located far from the main area, golf-carts are offered at a $$$ but worth it if you'd rather not walk. We camped at Bayley's Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Pine Acres Family Camping Resort, Oakham, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for Mother's Day. The campground was clean and friendly with many amenities for young and old. Has a very warm and welcoming lake as well as water park with hot tub for adults. The sites are decent in size and if you can reserve the premium sites, you certainly get what you pay for. In years past, we used to get the morning paper delivered with this site but not anymore :( . The campground is a family owned business and has that feel throughout. It's a little pricey but...I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. You can pay less as nearby campgrounds but you will not have the service, amenities, cleanliness and feel. Look for deals as they will favor Spring and Fall stays for discounted price. Site was tight for a 34 foot travel trailer but they have other sites with PLENTY of room. We camped at Pine Acres Family Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.
