Cascade Locks / Portland East KOA, Cascade Locks, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Woodsy, beautiful park. As others have stated, rr runs beside park and large trains rumble by day and night blowing whistles. Was awaken 5 times during the night, but the staff had informed me when I called that this would happen. Completely up front about it. Laundry had 6 washers and 6 dryers and was very clean. Site was asphalt and fairly level. Park with the exception of the trains was quiet. Would stay here again, but would try to get a site much closer to the road and away from the tracks. We camped at Cascade Locks / Portland East KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Very clean and cozy town. Charburgers was a great restaurant, Columbia Market seems to have a little of everything.

Trailer Inns RV Parks, Spokane Valley, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Absolutely horrible for an overnight stay. GPS had trouble locating, no signs available, and site host was not familiar with area. Many permanents who also had bad things to say. Bring a lot of grease to squeeze into any pull through. Back-in sites are better. Our friends left and went to a nearby motel while we stayed. Power went out shortly after our arrival but staff was quick to get it repaired. OK maybe for long term, but a bear to get in and out. Pull throughs are about 42 feet long total. Had to unhook for an overnighter and park sideways.Stayed twice, our first time and last times! We camped at Trailer Inns RV Parks in a Fifth Wheel.

West Glacier KOA, West Glacier, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed in new section, that was not complete, but rented sections were finished. No shade, WiFi was virtually worthless, had to use my cell phone hot spot entire time. Laundry facility was way off on far side of park. Great ice cream stand and dining facility, but half the tables were in the sun. Decided to grill out at our site in the shade of the RV. Great place, but value for the dollar wasn't all that much. We camped at West Glacier KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Very courteous staff. Easy on/off. No trees on our site and heat was high due to time of year. Would definitely stay again as great location when heading north from South Florida. We camped at Cecil Bay RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sundermeier RV Park, Saint Charles, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

No shade, plus a heat wave. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, cable has been discontinued, but they have very high speed internet and encourage movie streaming. Also, sadly, the restaurant is now closed. We camped at Sundermeier RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

10 minute ride to Paducah. Historic area interesting with real (not graffiti) on river flood walls.
