Desoto Caverns Park, Childersburg, Alabama

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park. Small and bathrooms were easily accessible. There were only three stalls and there were lines each morning waiting for showers. Bathrooms are inside with the showers but there are extra bathrooms near the fun park.

Fun park was on the expensive side. We hoped that more things were included, like the pumpkin painting and s'mores roasting, but they were all extra costs.

Overall it was a nice park, but costly.

Our site was on a slight slant. We camped at Desoto Caverns Park in a Motorhome.

Sunset Isle RV & Yacht , Carrabelle, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Great place to put in a boat. No walking beach access. Pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time relaxing. Great spots for kids. A small playground would be a nice addition. Please bring bug spray as there are horrible attacking yellow flies! Loved the brick road. Kids were able to ride bikes all around. Staff was great !! We camped at Sunset Isle RV & Yacht in a Motorhome.

El Governor Motel & RV Park, Mexico Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Short walk to beach. No food at el governor tiki bar. Most restaurants are a bit of a walk so bring a bike if you don't have car/golf cart to get around. There is a grocery store just a block away which was good. Staff was very friendly and willing to help when we thought the breaker had blown. We had a beautiful view of the little canal behind our site. We were able to eat breakfast and enjoy the scenery. Bathrooms were very hot. No ac. We camped at El Governor Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.
