We stayed here for three months and would not recommend this park. We had $1000 worth of bicycles stolen with cable cutters from our front yard and the police refused to come because it was too small of a crime for Tucson. The sewage treatment plant sends a horrible odor into the park if the wind is blowing right. The train and highway noise is constant. The spaces are cramped. I have had two neighbors lose major appliances after plugging into the parks electrical system. Also, there is no security and this is not a nice neighborhood. The positives are the place is cheap and I have great neighbors. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
