Countryside Campground, Mogadore, Ohio

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Gated park, both in and out. Very nice park. Well maintained. Very friendly staff.

They have an area for visitor parking which was great.

Will definitely be staying here again on our trips to Ohio to visit In-Laws. We camped at Countryside Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Sparta Campground, Sparta, Kentucky

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here as an over night stop an a recent trip. Only had electric hookup. Dump station and water available. Deep, wet grass. Area needed mowing real bad. When I made my reservations I was quoted $30, but when I arrived I found that since it was race weekend, the rate was $75. They finally accepted the $30 rate I was quoted.

The camp sites are basically electric hook ups in a cow pasture. I had to use 4wheel drive on my truck when pulling out the next morning because my tires were spinning on the wet grass. We camped at Sparta Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Buffalo / I-40 KOA, Hurricane Mills, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

I have a 30' Bumper Pull travel trailer. Most sites are short. We parked in a pull thru site that that was barely long enough for truck & trailer. Sewer dump was at the front of the site close to 20' from my dump outlet. Had to pull half way out the next morning in-order to dump my tanks. They do have a dump station but it was pretty busy with everyone leaving 1st thing that morning.

The pull thru sites are kind of close together and for that reason we were not allowed to have a campfire which we were really looking forward to after a long day on the road.

Very clean KOA. Would probably stay here again as an over-nighter, if we could get a site with more room and allowed us to have a fire. We camped at Buffalo / I-40 KOA in a Travel Trailer.
