River's Edge RV & Cabins Resort, Evansville, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

River's Edge RV Park was a great place to stay on our way through Casper. We called the day of our arrival and we're lucky enough to get a spot. There is a great play structure for kids, and the turf around the park provides a nice setting and a great place to sit. The park is located right on the river, so a nice walk along the river is a must. The BEST part of this park are the immaculate bathroom and shower facilities. A soft rug upon stepping out of the shower in a private, locked unit made this the best shower I have ever had at an RV park. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. She gave us a great suggestion to visit FireRock Steakhouse: where we ended up having a fabulous dinner. We will always stay at this park when we come through Casper. We camped at River's Edge RV & Cabins Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Crown Villa RV Resort, Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

This resort is really beautiful and so well-maintained. We stayed for three nights during a busy week in July. As a result, we could not obtain one of their HUGE sites that include gigantic pull-through, paved areas with tables and some with built-in BBQs. However, our "overflow" area was just fine. We had full hookups and did not feel cramped at all. We also had full-use of their fantastic facilities. Restrooms and showers are meticulously maintained, and their laundry facilities are fabulous (inexpensive with a Visa-pay option so I could save my quarters). The resort manager is super kind and friendly, and was helpful on numerous occasions with answers to questions about the resort and Bend in general. My family had a great stay and I have already passed on information about this great resort to fellow travelers- and will continue to do so. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Bend is an incredible town. We enjoyed rafting, tubing down the river, and eating fantastic food. Tim at Deschutes Brewery is a great guy. Shopping is amazing too!

Columbia Sun RV Resort, Kennewick, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Our stay at Columbia Sun was excellent! My two children enjoyed the pool (there were leaves in the pool when we first arrived and a staff member worked quickly to clean it), and our whole family loved movie night. The kind, friendly staff offered popcorn and treats in the huge event room that was set up like a theater for the family movie. (During the day, the event room has ping pong tables, pool, televisions, and great places to lounge and relax.). The restrooms and showers are extremely clean, and they have three facilities for laundry! The grounds are maintained beautifully, and the staff works over-time to ensure a great visit for its guests. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Wineries are close. Also, if you are interested in a great dinner out, Carmine's on W 1st St. was one of the best Italian dinners we have ever had.
