When I came to this campground last year, they were doing a lot of improvements under new ownership. They have done a lot since last year. The place has improved even more. I gave this place a 10 because I love a nice safe, clean campground that is close to nature. I looked over my reviews and I may give out too many 10's but that is because I just need good power, a sewer connection, Internet access and a nice natural setting.

I really love that this park is conveniently located right by I-65. It makes for a very convenient stop over for me because it is located right before you get into the hustle and bustle of Chicago. I see a lot of kids that are fishing from the lake, and a lot of the sites are lakefront sites. The cell phone signal is full bars on my Verizon phone. We needed to resupply and do laundry, and this place worked out perfectly for us. We really liked the midweek pricing which makes this place a 10 in my book.

I really love this park. I come here every year and have reviewed it before. I reviewed it again on here to say that they have been very busy with improvements since last year. They have added some new sites and improved many of the sites from last year. In addition they have updated the bathroom. I like this park because it has really strong and fast wi-fi and is close to Shipshewanna, Elkhart, South Bend. I also personally love to hike in the adjoining Bonneyville Mills County Park.

The rate of 33 bucks is for passport members. They give that rate for up to 2 weeks of stay. I stayed here last year and this year there are a myriad of improvements. There is a very nice lounge here that has a lot of tables and heaters and affords a great view of the water. The landscaping has been updated and they say they are in the process of drastically expanding the park. They offer a lot of concierge services, tours, 5 buck trips into town, etc. That personal service goes a long way. I remember the same employees from last year and an experienced staff helps you get checked in and out easily. The park is very very safe and is in a gated area. You are only about a 5 minute drive from downtown. I gave them a 10 because I couldnt think of anything I would improve.

The park is one of the most expensive we have stayed at, but the staff is very nice and the park is pretty nice. The hot tub was broken when we were there and they said it needed to be replaced. That was a bit of a bummer since we paid so much. The park is pretty close to the French Quarter, but you are near the projects and you do have to walk through an abandoned grocery store parking lot to get over to the French Quarter. I give the park only 7 stars because it is so expensive and the hot tub was broken.

This was a very beautiful State Park that is well worth visiting. The sites are fine, but there are no sewer connections at your site. There are several nice trails and there is a nice waterfront area that is overlooking Lake Pontchartrain. There were some very old sprawling oak trees with moss on them that makes the trip to this park worth it in and of itself. We got 3 bars Verizon cell phone coverage here.

This is a membership only campground. It is part of the Ocean Canyon system of several parks throughout the southeast. We are coast to coast members and camped there for 10 bucks a night. It is always hard to rate a park because price is always a factor. I am going to give this park a 10 because the price was right and the people were so nice and there are always a lot of activities going on here. But it is true that the roads are graveled and the sites seem somewhat close together and your outdoor space could be somewhat limited. So in my mind I would give this park a 10 because I liked it a lot and will definitely come back. I have stayed in "nicer" parks, but I like this park as much as any I have been to. We had a good time here and a great time exploring the area.

This park is located right on the Ohio River in Southern Indiana. The Campground features a two lane boat ramp that is very well maintained. There are two large rows of sites. One is Riverfront and the other site is not. The riverfront sites are more expensive. All of the sites are very shady with mature trees. The people at the campground were very nice. I just love the ability to slide a boat into the Ohio and explore it. I would recommend this campground to anybody!

We always camp here when we are in Northern Indiana. The reason is that the Wi-Fi is the best I have been to in any campground. Not only does it work well, but it is fast. Other campgrounds say they have Wi-Fi, but it is a Linksys router in their office and will not work in my unit. The staff is very friendly and the park is super clean. The park is very close to South Bend, Shipshewana, Elkhart and more. We love the cheese store in Shipshewana.

We paid 31 per night because we are Passport members. Regular rate was stated to be 51. I do not know if this was before or after taxes. The park is conveniently located about 5 miles from New Orleans French Quarter. They offer daily shuttles for 5 bucks a person. In my rating I am considering price in the rating: I mean it is not fair to compare a 31 dollar a night park to a 70 dollar a night park. For what I paid it is a nice, safe, convenient park. I feel like the park is ultra safe. The park is in an industrial area and not a residential area. The park is also fenced. This makes the park very secluded. There is a very nice outside bar that looks like it would be fun, but it was windy and cold when I was here and not many people were using the bar. The park was gravel and I know that bothers some people because you end up with dust and dirt is easier to track into your coach.

The park is $69 per night, but for that you are very close to the French Quarter. You get a hot tub, Wi-Fi that actually works, a nice workout room, lounge, common outdoor grill area, a free paper, and a free shuttle close to the quarter. There are always a lot of very very expensive rvs and buses there. Safety could be an issue there, you are right next to the projects. I only give it a 7 because of safety concerns and also because it is expensive.

As of Jan 2011 this is a coast to coast park affiliate and we payed 1000 points a night to stay here. This amounts to about 10 bucks a night. The park is pretty big and there is a lot of kids activities here.

I liked this campground because it is close to the beach and the beach is dog friendly. There were a lot of long term snow birds there and they were friendly. Yes the park is a bit older, but I liked the park overall. Barely one Verizon bar and 2 AT&T bars on cell phone. My Verizon cell modem could not grab enough signal even with external antenna. That is the only reason this park did not get higher than an 8.

We really love this campground. New for 2010 is a brand new Wi-Fi system. We are full timers and I have never stayed in an RV park with as good of a Wi-Fi system as they had. I use this site a lot and see where people complain about Wi-Fi. 99% of the time a campground has Wi-Fi, but it is just a stock router in the office. It costs thousands of dollars to do Wi-Fi so that it works in the park in your motorhome. These days good Wi-Fi is the most important thing to me. Fortunately Ebys Pines is a very clean family park with a nice atmosphere and lots of amenities and this keeps us coming back!

We found this place in 2006. We liked it and decided to come back for a month in 2007. The roads are narrow and made of sand. The campground pads are individually owned. Some people live on them and other owners rent them out to people. 3/4 of the pads have a park model on them. These park models are for rent. There are not many activities or much of a clubhouse. With that said there are not many ocean front campgrounds and there is a lot to do in St. Augustine. What else do you need. I will be back.
