This RV park had the nicest staff we've ever encountered. They help you set up and are all around nice folks. Lots of beautiful animals to visit and they were sweet too. The area has a lot to offer and easy access. There is a unique system pull through system but it works well. These people have done a great job turning this campground around from what I was told use to be a mess. All hookups worked well. Bathrooms were clean but were a good walk from the sites. We would stay here again. We stayed here in a fifth wheel.

This is a nice clean tropical feeling RV resort. It is not a campground. Office staff was friendly. People staying in the park were great! All hookups worked well. Sites are a little close together and no privacy between sites. We didn't use the showers but from what I saw they were clean and safe. There are some very tight turns in this campground. Easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the older "shaded" section of this park. Sites were very un-level causing us to have major plumbing problems. The office staff was not helpful at all when approached about the issue. The least they could've done was to offer to move us or a phone number for an on-site rv repair. Instead, when told about the issue the lady just turned around and continued looking at her computer. Never said a word. We lost a day and a half trying to problem solve the plumbing. So it certainly put a damper on our visit to the area. I found them to be dismissive. When asking for a discount you better be specific. In other words, if you ask about PA or senior discount, they will say no and they will not volunteer that they are a "good sam" park or offer AAA discount. The people in the area seem to really stick it to the tourists. Over-priced and under-value. The park is decent at best. There is no shade at all in the new section. The old "shaded" section is dirt and un-level with a small fire ring and a shoddy, miniature picnic table. Wi-fi was aggravating as you have to sign in with password each and every time you open your device. Hook-ups seemed to work properly - except plumbing, it went up hill. Due to our plumbing issues we were forced to use the bath house and during our 4 days there they NEVER cleaned the bathrooms once. We would not return to this area or campground. We stayed here in a fifth wheel.

This RV park is right off the highway. Easy to find. Surprisingly very little road noise. Sites are clean and level. There are many workers at this park who appeared to be set up indefinitely, so there was quite a bit of noise early mornings and late evenings from people coming and going to work. Great value for the full hookup, good cable and wi-fi and not far from shopping and food. It is great for a stop over to rest from the road, but not so much for a "camping" experience. We stayed here in a fifth wheel.

This campground was clean and safe. It is pretty far off any main roads but they were fairly easily traveled so long as you don't lose your GPS signal which is always a concern when traveling in the country. Be sure to fill up because there aren't many fuel stops and even less with diesel. The hosts were extremely nice and the campground was "ok". Sites were close together. No privacy and they were not very level. No water views and nothing much to do. No cable. No wi-fi. At least 15-20 miles away from any sort of attractions. This seems to be a seasonal vacation spot as there were many permanent set ups but nicely done. Not trashy like some. We were booked to stay 2 nights but left after only one because of the lackluster surroundings. Unless there is something specific you are doing in the area I would say keep moving. I always hate to leave a mediocre or poor review when the people are so nice but unfortunately we would not be back here again.

2nd time in this campground. It is shady and level with pull-throughs large enough for big rigs. They have really tried to make this a nice campground with walking a path around a nice size man made lake. The sites were close but private with fencing and natural shrubbery. Lots of poison ivy on both visits so watch out! The thing I didn't like most is this is a "workers" campground. Lot of permanent blue collar workers making noise, talking, music, etc. really early in the mornings to the point of being rude. On the first visit there was a police chase with a crash resulting in front of our loop. So I'm thinking it isn't the best quality of people in this area. We used this as a stopover both times, but most likely won't be back because both times there seemed to be some kind of chaos.

This was our 2nd time in this campground. It is a 55+ community. VERY quiet and immaculate. The showers/bath house were the cleanest I have ever seen. The sites are spacious on the newer side but the lower loop is fairly tight. The entrance and exit to the resort is pretty tight with limited visibility making it nerve wrecking every time we pulled out. Many HUGE motorhomes in this park and most people keep to themselves making it seem a little less friendly. No open fires. It is safe and well maintained but you will NOT connect with nature here. It is a resort not a campground. Probably won't return because we were bored to death.

We stayed in Deer Loop in order to have full hookups. The restrooms were very clean and well kept...in this loop. The other loops seemed to be dirtier I guess because of the constant use. We liked this campground because it was quiet, shady, and level. The people at the front desk were very nice. However, Deer loop does not have a water view. The other loops had a water view so you have to decide what you want to sacrifice. I gave it an 8 because it was a little expensive, and there wasn't a water view. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a fifth wheel.

The owners of this campground have done a great job making this campground a little oasis in middle GA. It has a pretty man made lake/pond and all the sites are well shaded, private, level and our connections were good. We stopped here for one night on the way to the mountains and when we were leaving we had no brake lights and turn signals. They were helpful in getting us someone out to help us and let us stay an extra night with no problems. The other people in the park were also very nice and helpful.

The people who run the park are very nice. The park is just lackluster. Sites are mostly pull thru with no shade. Lots of run down mobile homes in the back but I never saw anyone from there. Hookups were fine. But the road noise at night was bothersome. It is fine for a stop over but definitely not a campers paradise. We use to love to come to the area but warm springs and pine mountain seems to have pretty much dried up. Had a very hard time finding a place to eat for dinner. So sad. We hope to never be back.
