Alley Creek Camp, Jefferson, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful park with lots of trees, with open space below. The sites are spaced fairly close together, but no problem with interference with the slides. The only problem we had were May Flies which work their way around your screens. We had at least a hundred inside before we closed our windows and used the air conditioner. It would be a great park in the fall. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Alley Creek Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Speegleville Park COE , Waco, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for one week in a fifth wheel, enjoyed our stay. The sites are well separated and private although there are few trees, mostly grassy areas. The restrooms are a fair distance from the sites, but we did not use them. The dump site is difficult to use as the connections are on a raised concrete platform, difficult to use if you are using a tote. We camped at Speegleville Park COE in a Fifth Wheel.
