This is one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at. Immaculate grounds, courteous staff, and quiet. They do not have cable and the Wi-Fi is not very fast and often at peak times almost impossible to get on at all. I have the Dish so no cable was not a problem. The bath house is very clean and you have your own private room with toilet and shower. Very nice. We stored our RV there over the winter and it was so easy. Just call make your reservation and when you get there your RV is on the site you reserved. They charge $15 each way to pull it and take it back. Storage lot is very secure.

Nice campground. It was too cool and rain to use the pool but it looked very nice. The park was easy to navigate and I was able to back into my site with no trouble. They had a nice store and all staff were very friendly. I would have rated it higher except one group of campers partied hard until after 1am. The park advertises a 24 hour patrol but we never saw them. My daughter is attending Edinboro University and this made a good base camp. It is also close to all Erie attractions as well.

This is our second visit to this park. The sites are very spacious. We were escorted to our site and the gentlemen stayed and helped me line the trailer up with the patio and the hookups. All roads provide easy navigation for the largest of rigs. The entire facility is kept clean and well maintained. The bath house is spotless. Each room is a complete bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. All staff that we had contact with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is the first poor review I have ever left. I called several times to get a reservation. Each time I got an answering machine. I left messages and never got a return call. I took a chance and stopped in person. They had water and electric pull through available and after traveling all day I took it. The roads in this campground are very narrow and poorly maintained. There are overhead tree branches that were very close to my trailer roof. The sites are poorly marked and I had to have my daughter get out and search for the correct site. The site way out of level and I had to pull my 5th wheel all the way to the front to get it level. This meant I had to unhook because my truck was out in the road. Because we were only spending the night I had hoped to stay hooked up. The electric, water, and cable hookups were all the way to the front of the site. My electric cables were short and I had to go down and purchase an extension cable. The staff was not friendly or courteous. At $52 I expected a lot more. We will never stay there again.

Park was easy to navigate. Sites were long enough and the staff tries to match your rig size to the site. Pool and hot tub were clean. Showers and restrooms were very clean. The showers were private and provided shelves and hooks to hold all of your belongings. Staff was friendly and helpful in all of our dealings with them. They honor Good Sam discounts. The only concern is the site width and the placement of the fire pits. I did not feel comfortable building a campfire at my site because the pit was only 4 or 5 feet away from the slideout of the trailer next to us. I will be going back as this is the nicest campground in the area.

This is a very nice park. We spent a week here. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They had frequent security patrols and always seemed to stop and ask how things were going. The park was very quiet and peaceful. The only suggestion would be to have a bath house on the left side of the park. I would definitely stay here again!

We overnighted here on a Saturday. This is now a KOA campground - Flatwoods KOA. When I made my reservation I was informed that there was a concert that night in the attached outdoor concert pavilion and there might be some noise. The campground is part of a hotel that sits on top of the hill while the campground is below. The pools (indoor / outdoor and exercise room is attached to the hotel. If you want to use them you must walk a rather steep hill or drive back up. The registration is done at the hotel registration desk. The staff was courteous but having to park at the hotel and then navigate the hotel parking lot can be tight for larger rigs. The concert noise did not bother us at all but they allowed concert goers to park down in the campground. This made getting into my pull through site somewhat difficult as cars were parked on the access road. The concert was over and most people gone by 10pm. The bathrooms and showers required an access code to enter (provided at registration)and were very clean. There was stagnant sewage smelling water all around my site. On of the KOA workers stopped and I asked if this was sewage and he claimed that they had had considerable amount of rain. If this is true then they need to address drainage. For an overnight stop this campground worked out well and I probably would stop again.

Nice park for an overnight. We were placed in site 68 which is at the very rear of the park. These sites have an upward slope that makes leveling the rig difficult. I decided not to run the refrigerator and did not pull out my leveling blocks as we were only over night here. The pool appeared clean but was not used as the temperature the night we were there dropped into the low 60's. It was very quiet even though we were minutes from I-77 and I-81. Very easy in and out. I would stay here again as an overnight stop.

This campground was first class from the moment we arrived until we left 13 days later. We were escorted to our site and the staff member helped us get our 5th wheel lined up and positioned as desired. All of the facilities were well maintained including the bath houses. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The entire place was quiet and relaxing. You are about 10 to 15 minutes from Cherry Grove Beach which had multiple public parking lots. My kids wanted to stay right on the beach so we toured three ocean front campgrounds and decided that we made the right choice with Willowtree the others did not even come close. We will definitely return!

This was our first trip in our RV. The owners greeted us upon our arrival and escorted us to our site. Staff stayed with us until we were level and hooked up to the water and electric. There was heavy rain the day we arrived to the point that there was local flooding in some areas. We were still able to walk around the grounds without too much difficulty, athough some sites were waterlogged. Bath houses could use updating. Pool was clean and clear but weather prevented us from using it. Only complaint was a camper came in and reversed parked in the pull through site next to us with their door facing ours. The camp ground could have moved them over a site or two but put them next to us. Prior to departure a honey truck service was provided to empty our tanks. Owners were very friendly and helpful. There were a large amount of seasonal sites at this campground.
