West Omaha / NE Lincoln KOA, Gretna, Nebraska

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

ONLY stayed 3 nights due to the high cost and the only real RV park around Omaha (even though its 20-ish miles from Omaha). When we arrived the owners were yelling at each other across the office calling each other all kinds of names. We had an escort to our deluxe site (as we require full hookups and 50 amps, can't run on 1 a/c when it's this hot), roads are dusty , WiFi is weak and you can hear the freeway (I-80) all day and night long. (just over the fence). The dog park is nice but up near the entrance road. Facilities are clean, grounds are clean, unfortunately the owner's issue in the office really ruined the experience. I expect A LOT more from KOA-branded park. We camped at West Omaha / NE Lincoln KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

this is a beautiful park, have stayed here many times since 2007. just outside of Santa Fe,NM up on a hill. Beautiful sunsets right from our chairs outside.. had a nice pull thru with plenty of room. Office staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. Facilities are CLEAN, Water Hot, Didnt use the WiFi as we have our own hotspot. also no issues with a Satellite dish on the roof working. Santa Fe isnt a cheap town to visit but this RV park is reasonably priced. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
