Gray's Landing RV Park, Livingston, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Relatively new park; nice power pedestals. All back-in spots. Reasonably priced laundry. The best wifi I've had at a park yet. However, all these things take maintenance, which I think the park owner is not doing. Nice concrete pads are covered with dirt from heavy spring rains. Asphalt parking along the pads is crumbling and deteriorating. The bathrooms are absolutely the worst I've seen. New construction, like everything else, but no concern for cleaning or ventilating. The shower curtains and ceiling are mildewed, and the smell is strong. Bugs of the creeping and flying kind are everywhere. I stayed for a week and the bathrooms were not cleaned once. We camped at Gray's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Springridge Mobile Estates & RV Park, Clinton, Mississippi

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Large park with a mix of mobile homes and RVs. RV parking is mostly on a large asphalt lot; individual slots are rather narrow. It's easy getting in and out of the park, but longer rigs will need to be careful in the parking area. We camped at Springridge Mobile Estates & RV Park in a Motorhome.

There are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. I recommend the mexican place.
