Wilderness Oaks RV Park (formerly Rockport 35 RV Park Resort), Rockport, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The people at the park were very nice and very friendly. I think it has recently changed management. Our reservation was messed up, but they tried to make it right by applying a discount. Our group had a good time during our stay, but the park is very crowded and the WiFi was very slow. Rockport is slammed during the winter and RV sites are difficult to find. The park was OK for parking, but the section we were in was too tight. There were airplanes flying all day as the Navy trainers use the adjacent airport. The highway and associated noise was quite close to our section. The people were great and the sites were concrete and level, but not a premium campground. Good in a pinch. We camped at Wilderness Oaks RV Park (formerly Rockport 35 RV Park Resort) in a Travel Trailer.

American RV Park & Sales, Corsicana, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2006 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The park is very large and has pull thru's and back in sites. The management team were friendly. There isn't much to do in Corsicana, but the park isn't bad. Fill up on propane before you get there. I stayed for a couple of months and bought a load of propane for my coach. The price of propane is very high here. We camped at American RV Park & Sales in a Motorhome.
