We give this park a 6 only because we are 45' long. The roads were narrow as were the sites. Turning out of the sites presented a challenge and the campground had added gravel to the front on several pads in the newer section which, in our case would have caused our bus to drag had we tried to drive over them. Also turning a big rig out of a site onto narrow interior roads is very problematic because there is a small ditch very close to narrow roads on both sides of site aprons. It would be easy to become stuck turning out at least in the new section which has concrete patios. To be safe, we backed our rig out. The staff was very friendly and we will stay here again in the old section. We just have to be selective as to which site we choose. I believe it is the best campground in the area for a big 45' rig.

Not for 45' Prevosts. Even after lifting the bus all the way up, we scraped going out of our site and turning onto the road. Other coaches read on. We really liked the concept of this little overnight park. It was right off I-75 at exit 61. We called ahead and were met as we pulled in. No bothersome trees to negotiate or to block your satellite reception. The park has excellent utilities, and there is a great little country diner across the street for breakfast. If you are just looking for a good overnight park close to the interstate, this is it.

Beautiful park and nice pull-thru, big rig sites for a 45' motor home. We stayed here during heavy rains for a couple of days and had no high water issues and parked on gravel. Park attendants were very cordial. Great location for car trips to Cashiers, Highlands and the like. We will come back again.

We had missed this park on previous trips through South Georgia but we won't miss it again. It was extremely tidy and had great 50 amp service. Easy to maneuver roads. Manager did not stay in the office past 6 PM but gave great instructions since we were going to be late arrivals. Can't wait to stay here on our return trip.

Great place to stay in your big rig. Easy to maneuver gravel roads with concrete pads. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and the park hosts are very cordial. Not fully developed yet, but on its way to becoming a great park!

We are in a 45' bus. Yes, the roads are narrow but there is no problem negotiating roads. The interior roads are gravel and sites grass. Trees are trimmed high. There was plenty of 50amp power. We stayed on site 22 which was pretty easy to pull through and easy enough to leave. We did not get satellite even though trees seemed high, but cable was excellent! Office staff was very calming (we had a rough day)! We would stay here again as an overnight stop which traveling N/S. I think some of the reviews were harsh on this campground. As a big rig, we almost passed it up.

No paved roads, potholes, no grass and sites very close together. It was just OK for an overnight stay and at least we had 50 amp power.

Clean campground. We were in a 45' Prevost and the turns were VERY tight. Prevosts can make the turns but other 45 footers would probably not make them. We got satellite reception in the N section which were pull-throughs so we did not unhook since we were just looking for a place for the night. It was close to I-75 and the staff was very friendly.

We called and asked for a site on the lake but NOT a Luxury site with a poured pad. We were informed that the ones we requested weren't long enough for a 45'. We arrived and were escorted to the only Luxury paved pad left. It was seriously cracked everywhere. When we positioned our bus close to the drivers side and stepped out, we barely had 4 feet of room in which to walk and set up a couple of chairs. If you aren't careful, you will literally fall off the pad which is raised about 8" from the ground. There is no grass growing next to pad as it is fill and only a few feet from the next pad. There is a little "dock for seating at the end of each paver pad BUT you can't sit out because the sun is too intense. The level, gravel sites have plenty of length and are much wider AND are still on the Lake facing North so you have afternoon shade and will have room to spread out under your awning. We would NEVER stay on one of the new paver sites again and they are much more pricey. It felt like we were pitching a tent on a postage stamp.

Owner was kind enough to see us coming and directed us right into a great pull-through site. The pad and small patio area were concrete and the roads very good gravel. We were amazed at how clean and well manicured the entire campgrounds were. The only con (if I were have to find one) was coming in the gate was a bit tight as there was a culvert running along the side of the road. A very wide swing was required. We were in a 45' motorhome and that was still manageable. A very quiet, well lit park with lots of area to walk the dogs. We will make it a point to come back.

Beautiful Park with spacious back-in sites. Pool will be in place next year. A high-end Class A park in the works that we will continue to return to. Sites available for rent or sale but no pressure to buy. Not a place for kids. A better place for them would be the KOA down the road.

Nice, clean park. No shade but spacious pull-in for overnighters with wide roads. We will stay here again.

This is a new park for Class A motorhomes only with lot sales available. All amenities are not yet in place so this isn't a good place for kids. Excellent location, long, spacious sites, none are bad sites. Very helpful owners who know the area. If you just want to rent, there is no pressure to buy.

Absolutely beautiful grounds. Large sites, some shaded, good areas for walking and walking pets. We will make it a point to come back and tour the Horse Park next time.

If you are in a Big Rig, it is best to unhook before attempting to par. Streets are narrow and turns sharp. Nice areas to walk dogs. Easy access to highways. Quite a bit of shade so you might not get your awnings out.
